They evaluated our septic field and recommended a rejuvenation. That failed, which in fairness they said might not be 100% sucessful. Then they suggested a french drain to prevent lateral water from entering the field. This failed and appeared to make the problem worse. Now water infiltrated not only the end of our septic field but is leaking over into my neighbors yard. I would call them at first weekly, then almost daily to see what the next step is. Frequently, my calls were not returned. Only by chance would I catch the owner, or finally after several calls he would return mine. They came out a few more times but were unable to fix the problem. Last month, I asked them to take another look and remove a plug they put in our septic field. The plug remains and no one contacted me or followed up with what they did, if anything recently.They are very nice and helpful when you actually talk to them. But in the end, my problem is not solved and it appears no one there was motivated to solve them.

They are a family company and have done a great job every time I have called. They are prompt and called when late. Most importantly they are clean. My neighbors are charged more for the same service.

Went very well. Called co. spoke with a person and made an appt. for the next day for between 8:00 and 9:00. Bob was not sure about directions called around 8:30 to reconfirm and was at the house at 9:15 and in 40 minutes he was done. That made me happy because plumbers were going to fix rotten pipes connected to septic tank and it was urgent that septic was clean.

They were on time and very trustworthy, There was nothing really bad about them I don't have a whole lot of experience with them but all they did was pump everything out of the septic tank.
