Description of Work: Dear Madam/Sir, Last summer I hired Budden and Son Plumbing to install a kitchen faucet, for which I paid them $150.00. Several months later the faucet came loose from the counter and began to leak. I phoned Budden, explained the problem to their secretary and several times to their answering machine. After more than a few weeks of calling Budden and their refusal to respond much less repair their incompetent work I want my $150.00 refunded.

Our plumber in questions has been servicing people's needs for thirty five years. This is our first unresolved issue. The member supplied a faucet which was installed with a 90 day guarantee. The member was unhappy with our service at that time as noted in my files. In recent conversation with the member, she was so disrespectful and rude that I pulled out her original bill. We will send a certified check.
