Contractor stopped by and prepped the quote while we were out. Quote was reasonable, so we scheduled the work. Work was done on time and without any problems. It was super easy to work with the company.

I wasn't home. Done perfectly, no mess, no hassle. Gentleman was great on the phone, set everything up, did the work.

Atlas did a great job for a great price. The turnaround time on the quote was only a few days and the job was complete within a couple weeks. I'll definitely contact them for future projects.

It went fine. They lifted several sections brought them into alignment and pitched them away from the house. They could have done a bit better when they filled the drilled holes with the cement mixture.

This company was recommended to me by my Association. They were to come out the first week and never showed. I called the second week and the operator informed me that they do not come out until a week after the phone call. We set up another date. Never showed up that week. I never called back. I needed a quote for work to be performed in the spring. I would never use them.

It didn't go anywhere. If they can't provide an estimate, just say so.

I've called twice for a quote and left messages both times but never heard back. Maybe they don't come into the city.

The job went well, from Mark's estimate to the crew doing the job. They arrived on the day and within the time frame promised. Andrew and his crew were very professional and friendly. The job was completed in about an hour and half. The results were just as promised, and the floor is even across the garage door opening. I would recommend Atlas for concrete raising.

Mark the owner came about three days after I called and did the estimate. He gave me a good estimate and told me that I would get a call in a couple of days to schedule the mud jacking. No one ever called me so I called a week later and scheduled the concrete lifting. No one called or showed up on the day they were supposed to come. I called and they said that someone on the crew was sick and that they had to cancel all appointments that day. She told me she would call me back to reschedule the concrete lifting. She never called me back. My wife called two days later and was told that they don't know when they are going to reschedule and put her on hold. She was on hold a long time and hung up. I called the next day and was put on hold for 5 minutes and then was given the reschedule date. They came on time on the date they were supposed to. The crew was friendly and did a fantastic job. They had to cut out some concrete on the porch which took extra time and they didn't charge me extra. They lifted more then a foot of concrete up and I can drive into my driveway without getting stuck or colliding with the garage floor. Overall, I would hire Atlas again even though they were disorganized in communicating with me.

We can sit on our patio fate it rains! Water now runs off instead of pooling near our house!

Got a prompt response and estimate from the owner of the company. He was honest in describing what he could and could not do. The workers were professional and cleaned up. The patios appear to be lifted. Haven't had enough time pass by to see if problems with the concrete slabs settling have been fixed. I would hire them again.

We loved them. They were very good, very efficient and very reasonably priced. I spent about $900. They told us that they may not reach the level that we wanted but they ended up achieving it. They were very nice, they were nice people and they didn't over promise but they under promised and they delivered. We knew this was going to be an expensive job so we called them out for an estimate and they were very efficient and fast. That was what we wanted because we needed the work done right away.

I saw it on Angie's list and I thought I would give them a chance to see if they could even do it. The serviceman that came out seems to be very knowledgeable and I was impressed with him. We thought we'd give it a chance to go with 1650 rather than 10 to 50,000 to redo it. They were going to try to be here within two weeks but the weather is pretty bad. I think it's still within a reasonable time though.

GREAT, trying to get used to them being "normal" they've been tilted so long we were used to "falling" a lot ! They were nice fellows, very careful with all the surrounding plants and cleaned up very nicely. The steps were not cracked at all just very tilted and settled into the ground. They preformed MAGIC and got them all straight and it's really great, wish we would have had them do it sooner. I'd recommend this company to anyone, great price and great workers. THANKS

For both the estimate and the work, I didn't need to be home which was convenient. Joy kept in touch in terms of scheduling, especially when rain pushed the date. The work was done very well -- lifted several sections of sidwalk around an egress window and ensured the water would run away from the house. Quality was good.

They went well. They did the job correctly and were timely and everything. It was what we thought was reasonable.

It all went fine. A small miscommunication between what I thought I was getting and what I was actually getting., but worked out fine.

Contractor responded to request for proposal and while here, explained what work would be done and how that work would proceed. After signing proposal, the contractor scheduled a day for the work. The two individuals arrived on time and on the date scheduled. Holes were drilled through the existing concrete and grout was pumped under the concrete slabs to level the areas. The areas that had heaved were leveled and the cleanup was excellent; cost of the work was as proposed.

The concrete patio and sidewalk sections were raised to agreed height. The raised areas have stayed at same height and level after about one year and we hope they will remain there. There is 2 years guarantee against further sinking.

So I put in a request to get a quote for my patio in the back of my house over a month ago on April 4th with no communication as to when they might come to do the quote. I had forgotten I put in a request until today May 6th when he showed up at my door. In fact, I had another company come out and give me a quote the same day and do the work the following week. Needless to say, I'm not impressed with this company's responsiveness on something that should be a very simple thing to do. Having said that, the gentleman was very professional and friendly and apologized for taking so long.

They don’t do estimates until spring. I asked for a return call and never got one.
