It went well. It fixed the problem and the sidewalk slab is level. It has been several years now with no problems or cracks. They did a terrific job.

It went well. They arrived early. They did the drilling and injection and patched all the drill holes. They patched a crack between sidewalk and step;. They did an a good cleanup job.

Everything went great from the beginning. They quickly responded to my request for a quote and I had a number 2 days after contacting them which I thought was very reasonable. I called and arranged a time for them to come and perform the work and they made sure to confirm with me regularly when they would be coming. The person handling the phones was always very professional and kind and easy to work with. The day of, the truck showed up at the scheduled time and they got right to work. The two gentlemen that came (I believe the one who was overseeing the work was Mike) worked quickly and professionally and explained everything they were doing as they went along. They were very careful and took there time so there would be no cracking of the patio since it was a large piece. Even still, I was impressed how little time it took for them to do it. The end product looks great and with all the heavy rain we have had recently here it's nice to see the water running away from the house! The price was very fair when you consider how much it would have cost to rip out and replace all the concrete! I would recommend them very highly and will use them again in the future probably if I decide to have another piece of concrete on our property lifted.

Fantastic! The work was flawless. Perfect lift. No breaks in the concrete occurred. The workers were professional and friendly, The area was thoroughly cleaned. The cost was less than half of a quote from U.S. water proofing. The office staff is a pleasure to work with and very attentive. I was thrilled!!!!

contacted Atlas on Wed and by Tuesday the next week job was done. They were very careful around the work area. our gardens were not trampled or lawn messed up. Sidewalk is now perfect and safe

Well, but the filling of the cut holes left a very visible mark with the filling material.

The stairs were in a difficult area to reach without damaging existing landscaping. They went out the their way to be very careful and did a great job. Totally professional. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Mark and Helen were exceptional in their professionalism, service, price and quality of work. They provided the best price of all of the estimates, yet with the most scope. I had sinking front stoop, circular driveway, and walkway. Mark explained in detail what the job will include, where there are concerns and how he would address them. In areas where they do not recommend a fix, they offered suggestions on some (less-costly) options. They made an extra effort to honor their quote and schedule. One of the best, and sadly a rarity these days. Highly recommended!

A portion of our garage floor was sinking. I called Atlas and the owner Mark came out the same day to provide a quote and set up service. He was incredibly informative and walked me through the entire process. The quote he gave me seemed very reasonable for the work that needed to be performed. On the day of service, he arrived with two of his employees. They again explained exactly what would be done. His employees were incredibly conscientious and seemed very experienced. It was obvious that they took pride in doing a great job. About halfway through the job, they ran into a problem at which point Mark came out help troubleshoot. Unfortunately, the concrete was stuck and we were one of the few that lifting would not work for. Mark explained the problem they ran into and the steps they took to try to resolve it. In the end, my garage floor will need to be replaced. However, despite the fact that Mark and his team spent the entire morning utilizing labor and resources to complete the job, I was not charged as he could not complete the job. In addition, he went above and beyond by contacting a concrete replacement company, providing them with pictures and the exact details of our situation and providing me with their contact information. It is an exception these days to work with a company that truly takes pride in what they do and stands behind their product. Atlas Concrete from start to finish was professional in every sense. I think my garage looked cleaner when they were done than it did before they started. Even though the job was unable to be completed, I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a reputable concrete lifting company that stands behind their work.

They did a great job, we're so happy with the results. They came highly recommended by my neighbor. Our front sidewalk leading up to our front porch stoop had sunken considerably. The previous owner had done some DIY concrete repair that looked horrible, and the sunken sidewalk and broken concrete looked really bad from the street. Atlas cleaned up the stoop and DIY junk, mudjacked and leveled the sidewalk leading up to the house and made it all look amazing, it totally changed the look of the front of the house. We're very happy with the work and they were very responsive to all inquiries via email and phone. Would definitely use them again.

Initially they had a problem with raising it to a horizontal position becuase of metal work to a door frame in their way. Once I got the door frame taken care of they were very responsive in coming back and I feel they went above and beyond with following up with me and making sure everything was handled properly.

To say the least, scheduling this job so late in the season proved to be problematic. To begin with, we needed an outside source of water. My home has an outdoor sprinkling system, so I was unaware that my outside faucets were defective and couldn't be used. Atlas attempted to run a hose through to my laundry room, (it didn't work) then through the front door down into my basement (way too cold for a brisk winter day) and finally solved the problem by going through a basement window. Mark came out to help solve these issues and couldn't be more gracious, persistent, and professional. Problem number 2: the night before our appointment, we had had our first snowfall. I don't have walkways to my rear and side patios and the equipment couldn't easily be moved through the snow. The men drilled the necessary holes and did what they could for the next few hours, but we needed to reschedule. As fate would have it, the second date turned out to be the day of our SECOND snowfall, and we needed to change the date once more. I'm sharing all of these problems to let you know how nonplussed and reassuring the company continued to be after each and every obstacle we encountered. When they finally came , they worked for an entire day to complete my job. The work was very well done, but most of all, their patience and professionalism made all the difference in the world. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone..

Mark came out same day as contact !! He advised us that he could not help us, as his company does mud-jacking & the deterioration of the concrete on the steps was too severe to do that. Gave other advice as far as how to proceed, which was appreciated. Very professional. Mickey Halverson
