Description of Work: Lifted many large slabs of sunken concrete around my home including large patio pieces without cracking any of them. Finished up and cleaned up the area nicely. Communication during initial estimate and during work was very good. Would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: It took four phone calls to determine when and if the estimator was going to make it to my house to submit a proposal. Finally received estimate a week later only to be scheduled for work that following Friday. No one ever showed up nor did I received any phone calls as to why or when they might show. I'm still waiting to get a phone call. |

Description of Work: We hired Atlas to lift the sidewalk leading up to our house. They provided a reasonable quote, and I liked supporting a local business. The scheduler called to let me know that they would call before arriving. They didn't, but that was my only real complaint. The group doing the work was professional and fast. One of the guys smoked, but not near our house, and there weren't any butts left behind. | |Overall, I was pleased with the work, and I would use them again.

 + -1 moreThe owner of the company Mark Jadej came to inspect the floor. He was very polite and professional. He gave us a good understanding of floor construction, how houses were built in 1971, how it happened and why and how mudjacking would correct it. Mudjacking depends on the weather temperatures so we needed to be flexible with an appointment day if the temperature dropped suddenly. The team of 3 came a few days later. They were punctual and courteous. They helped clear some heavy furniture and got on with the job. They cleaned up the drive and the street during and after the job. The foreman also gave us a good understanding of how he had corrected the floor. We were pleased with the level it was raised to and the job as a whole.
Description of Work: Our garage floor had sunken and we were informed via our inspector's report that it was not structural but needed 'mudjacking'. The 'mudjacking' raised the floor back to it's correct level.
