We recently replaced our Heating & Cooling system with a energy efficient furnace & air-conditioning unit. We knew what we wanted, so I received bids from 4 different suppliers, receiving bids for a apples to apples comparison. All-Temp was by far the best pricing. Our installation process went flawlessly & the installers answered any question that I had. They came back out to our home per my request on a couple more occasions, to adjust the amount of time the 2 stage system ran. Everyone that we have dealt with has been extremely professional, courteous & knowledgeable. We just received a clean & check of our system & Jen our technician met each of those attributes. Excellent. The service rep gave me many helpful maintenance tips to keep my HVAC appliances in top condition. He was prompt (actually early), well-organized, and communicated his findings well. I would definitely use All Temp again.

The work on replacing the evaporator coil was extremely sloppy. The installer sprayed a solvent all over a sidewall (drywall) as well as inside onto the furnace burners and inducer fan. Also, the drain line was mounted horizontally, which caused the water to backup into the evaporator coil housing. This caused water to leak. Overall, a very poor quality install. I would never use or recommend All Temp to anyone.

All Temp is so good about calling me every year when my furnace is due to service which is required for the warranty. When they call they usually tell me about a special that they may be running at that time. They have Saturday hours which is great. The technician called me to let me know he would be here in 20 minutes. He put booties on when arriving. Was very professional and courteous and I felt comfortable leaving him in the basement to do his thing as I didn't want to make him nervous watching him. I also had All Temp replace my Air Conditioner this past year and their prices are very reasonable compared with other places. I highly recommend All Temp and do not feel the review below is a good example of this company and am sorry if that customer truly had that kind of experience but I would say that is not the norm.

Horribly. We had Tony from All Temps Heating in this morning to do a furnace cleaning and check my humidifier. After about 7 or 8 minutes he proceeded to tell my husband and I that he had a 1000 ppm reading of carbon monoxide. He asked if we had been sick, we both said no. He told us that there must be a crack in a part, not sure what it was, but when I asked if he could show me the crack he said it must be cracked as he is getting the reading of 1000. Tony then went into telling me we had to immediately replace the furnace. He wanted to contact Sales for us. It all didn't make sense to me. I asked Tony if it made any sense then to clean a furnace that was so broken we have to get rid of it and he said no. However it still cost me the $89 for his antics. Called Abt as they have furnace technicians, I just learned. Needless to say Abt came out within 2 hours of this possible carbon leak issue and has just left, with the good news that my furnace has an occasional 4 to 5 reading in some spots, but that also it didn't maintain that reading. So we will replace this furnace probably in the spring, as its a 1993 furnace, but Abt said he thought the furnace was in really good shape for being that old. Thank goodness for Abt. I will never deal with All Temps company again. Be on the lookout for this type of, can't prove what they are saying and quick to try and sell you new.

My furnace was installed by someone else that did a very poor job. I could not replace the filter without smashing it and smashing the new one to put in. Ridiculous! I had All Temp come out and they were able to do a quick fix so I didn't have to struggle with it anymore. He was on time, pleasant. He even put up with my dog wanting to say hello to him, Definitely would hire again!

Yearly maintenance on our A/C. Hard working tech who did his best to work on getting things clean and colder. I would recommend them for a good company who you can trust to do the best possible job they can in trying to help meet the customers needs. Their excellent reviews are accurate and I feel like we received good service for what we spent.

Went great. Called for an appointment was given a 4 hour range the next day. Tony showed up promptly with a heads 30 min call prior to arriving. Tony was thorough and answered any and all questions completely.

We had a wonderful experience! Ted at All Temp was prompt, professional, and extremely helpful. We had been told by another company that a repair would be very expensive and that our unit would not last that much longer so we should buy a new one. Ted came over to give us a quote on the cost of a new unit because we thought the other company's quote sounded high, but instead of giving us a quote, he ended up telling us how we may be able to get it repaired for less than initially quoted, and even possibly under warranty. There are so many scammers out there that is' wonderful when you find a company that is honest and reliable. We'll definitely be using All Temp in the future!

Went just as expected. Work with Rich on the whole deal. Was reasonable and prompt with the whole deal. I have used All Temp for some of my other properties and found this to be a good experience once again.

This was our second call to All Temp for service. Mike was our technician and he is very knowledgeable and professional. He gave some good advice on cooling our house, what to look for in the HVAC system in a new house (we are looking), and didn't try to up-sell me on things we didn't need. He was quick with his assessment and work. We'll be calling them again if we have HVAC issues.

I recently had All Temp install a new furnace, AC, media filter, and humidifier. Ted came over to assess my needs and went over different systems with me (Lennox and Daikin). He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He helped me find a good system and then went out of his way to work with me on price. The All Temp quote was competitive — it wasn’t the cheapest I received, nor was it the most expensive. Installation was done by Josh and Nolan. I was very impressed with them. They were very conscientious and intentional in their work and made sure that I was happy with the install. I won’t know how good the system is until I live with it for a while, but so far I am very pleased with my All Temp experience.

Response was same day! Pricing very reasonable. Jeff was professional, clean, and did the job quickly despite some complications connecting the Ecobee thermostat. The venting in the basement looks great, and our EcoBee works perfectly. Will use them going forward!

Good service. They didn't have the right parts and had to go get them after arriving at the job site, but they were still able to get the job done in the anticipated time frame.

Great as usual. New filter needed but otherwise everything checked out fine. We have a service contract with the company which saves us money on the ac/heating check ups.

Excellent. The tech called 30 min's before he arrived and did a thorough job of the annual furnace check. He gets extra points for cooing over my dog.
