They did a great job and they will be coming out again to do maintanence on the AC. Flexible, showed up on time and were professional.

I was not pleased with their conduct. Their parts were dirty, they were throwing things in my lawn; they disconnected my smoke alarm and didn't reconnect it The manager was was having a bad day and everyone was following his lead. I contacted the company and spoke to Sam, the manager, who apologized for their behavior. I had good experiences with other staff members but I was not pleased with the professionalism of the technicians. Additionally, after the work was finished the owner, Eric, called me personally and apologized for the experience. I felt that these gentlemen both represented the company's interests well, and I will be happy to see how things end up upon my final inspection and am willing to work with them in the future to allow them to reconcile.

The tech called and asked to come earlier, which fit perfectly with my schedule. Pat was courteous and professional. I felt comfortable with him right away. He explained the service beforehand and appeared to do everything he explained to me. We weren't having trouble, but it had been awhile since the unit had been serviced. Pat explained what he found and everything looked good. No issues. I felt that the service from this provided was excellent. The staff on the phone when I made the initial call were helpful, knowledgeable and fast. I was surprised that I could receive services as quickly as I did. It was only a few days from call to service. I plan to make All Temp my service provided for furnace and A/C.

I used them once and I really wasn't satisfied with them. They weren't bad and they weren't good. There wasn't really anything wrong, just the guy didn't have a lot of personality. I wasn't just that enthused.

They were on time and professional and did a good job.

The guy was great. I wasn't there but my friend let him in my house and the All-Temp guy worked with me over the phone to resolve the issue and take payment. He seemed like an honest guy and even cleaned the flame sensor for me as well. The reason I mention this is that I had a different company come to the house and they said the flame sensor needed to be replaced for $200. Even though All-Temp's service fee for coming out was $20 more than some other places, the total price they charged me for the work was much less than what the other company was going to charge me for the exact same service (ignoring the flame sensor issue). Would definitely use All-Temp again.

I couldn't be happier. It was a pleasant experience starting with Art, the fellow who gave me the quote arriving on time and giving me a fair price. After getting another quote, I asked if he would match it, and he replied, "Sure, I can do that for you." The installers arrived on time and were very respectful of our home, putting down a tarp between our garage door and basement door. After completing the job, they cleaned everything up. I then had to schedule an appointment with the city inspector to come out and approve the installation. He came out and looked at it and signed the approval form, and said, "They did a good job." I would definitely recommend All-Temp to anyone needing a furnace or air conditioner.

They are awesome. They were fantastic. They did great work. I will highly recommend them. They said what it's going to cost and told me how long it will take and that's all it took. They cleaned up and called after they finished to make sure everything was okay. They did a free check up afterwards just to make sure everything was okay even after I said it was okay. They followed through. I felt like I was dealing with someone who was part of the family. They were great.

It went really well. No problems and the install was done in one day! Great clean-up too.

We got 5 quotes and they offered the highest quality offering at the best price.

The serviceman showed up without calling ahead even though the office confirmed that he would do so. Said he didn't get the message. Came in and didn't have shoe covers. I made him take off his shoes. He proceeds to take apart the furnace and after about 30 minutes later puts everything back together. Checked on him several times and didn't see him do any testing of the burners, thermostat or for that matter anything else. He comes into the kitchen and says "Well do you want to hear the bad news". He then proceeds to tell me that I have a hairline crack in the heat exchanger. When I asked to see the picture it took him several minutes before he could find it in the camera. RED FLAG! He then shows me a picture of something and says look at the hairline crack. The picture didn't look like much and how was I to know that was really my picture. He then starts dialing the sales rep. I say "Wait a minute. I am not talking to a sales person right now. I will set up an appt. with your office." He quickly tells me that isn't necessary and starts dialing again. RED FLAG! I tell him I will call when I am ready and had him leave. Over Thanksgiving dinner I mentioned this situation and was told that there were too many red flags. Yep, I agree. I contacted another company recommended to me, Blue Frost Heating and Cooling. They came out on 12/5/14 and could NOT collaborate the story from All Temp. I contacted the office of All Temp and explained the situation. The owner asked why I didn't call them out again to verify their findings. If I didn't believe them the first time why would I call them back a second time. After several minutes with the owner, he offered me a refund. I did receive the full refund of the service but will not have them come back. Not sure if the serviceman was getting bonuses for selling furnaces.

Everything works fine, they just test and clean them and move on. It was good. About a year ago, we had a problem with our furnace and the humidifier to where the furnaces were going out and they were able to finally fix the problem after coming a couple of times, but they did a really good job.

I would definitely recommend All Temp. The owner is one of the most caring people. He really cares about his business and the satisfaction of his customers. If a customer is not happy, he takes it personally and he does everything possible to make things right. I originally had some concerns regarding the furnace, air conditioner and programmable thermostat manuals. When I spoke to Eric, the owner, I received my manuals within minutes by email. I also had an issue with the way the a/c condensation pipe was run. After speaking with Eric, the technicians returned to my at my convenience, corrected the issue and delivered hard copies of the manuals.

That went very well. Their prices were competitive. I’m still having a bit of trouble with the thermostat, but otherwise everything is very good.

All those involved with All Temp are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. From the sales meeting, the installation, and the follow-up appointment, we appreciated the people involved and their efforts to answer all of our questions.

I want to complement this company on their professionalism, courtesy and customer care. I spoke with Sam Stein about having over $2000 worth of work done. He got back to me promptly and his prices were very fair. I booked the work for the end of the same week . I ended up finding another company who could come out a little sooner and I was under a time constraint. When I called to cancel the day before, the company maintained professionalism and for this reason I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future (although they may not want to do it with me). I highly recommend this company based on the qualities mentioned.

I called this morning and they were here with 2 hours of my calling. Matt, my service tech was courteous and did a great job.

They were very thorough and did good work. There were no issues with scheduling -- they got me in the next day. The price was very reasonable. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. I would definitely call them again.

The install crew came when they were scheduled to and completed their work in an efficient and courteous manner.

They had good reviews so I went with them. Their price was slightly high. In the winter I ended up contacting someone for my furnace, and it was cheaper.

I called the company because my renters said the air conditioner was blowing out warm air. They were able to send someone out same day even after 5 pm. Without knowing what was wrong, the technician called me to let me know the problem and cost before he replaced the part. I was greatful for the consideration since I wasn't able to be at the rental unit in person
