Very quick to come out after storm due to high temperature. Quick installation at fair price

Fixed the problem but charged for the work even though we had just had both the AC and Furnace serviced by them about a month earlier before the AC was really needed. They did refund the full amount of this charge once they understood that the Air Duct Cleaning was performed back in October 2015; it was a misunderstanding: All Temp thought that we had the ducts cleaned AFTER they performed there (recent clean and check service. We are happy that they refunded the money (about 120.00 for this service call), but are unhappy that their clean and check service did not extend to checking the condensate pan under the A-Coil... We are concerned that the backed-up condensate water may have caused system components to become soaked. We are hoping that this will not reduce the life of our furnace!!!!

I was a customer of All Temp for 15 years. The first A/C they installed took about six weeks to get it working. They insisted on having the owner's son install it and fix it. Eventually I had to tell them that he wasn't allowed in my house anymore. In their defense, they did give me a few years of free maintenance. I moved and had them do maintenance on my 26 year old A/C which was working perfectly. The day after they came, it stopped working! They came back and the guy added freon, yet noted on paperwork that there wasn't a leak. When our A/C stopped working a few days later, they sent another person, who identified a leak. It was 4:30 on a Friday. We were asking the tech questions, and I kid you not, he walked out mid-conversation. So All Temp sent their "head" technician. He came and made excuses for his techs, one old and probably didn't take his medication, and the other (the one who walked out on me) was known for being rude. I asked him how he could have these people represent their company. I was quoted for a new A/C (which I needed) with a discount. Their price was over $1000 more than other companies for the same product! I did find out that they sold me a two stage furnace (which is more expensive than a one stage) yet never offered us to upgrade to a two stage thermostat! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want headaches and the feeling like you've been had.

Good - The one thing I have a problem with is when the service guy got here he wanted to charge me $300.00 more for a new copper line that runs from the a-coil to the compressor. I told him it should be included in a "NEW" install and he said it was extra. He told me I could reuse the old line if he flushed it with cleaner to get the old refrigerant out of the line. So I agreed to that, but since the install I've done some checking and have talked to two different HVAC guys and they advise against using the old line. My new son-in-law has worked for HVAC service for years in Virginia on the east coast and said that there is no way to clean the line 100% especially if the tech doesn't flush it from the highest point of the line which is in the attic. (I don't recall him ever going into the attic) Son-in law stated this residual refrigerant will likely cause compressor problems down the road. Checked it out on-line and it appears as though he's correct and many people advise replacing the line on a new install. Why the heck would someone want 25 year old line with a brand new system? In the future I'll stick to my guns and insist on a new line included in the "New Unit" price. I don't think the service tech wanted to go to the hassle of going into the attic and replace the line.

Everything went great! They didn't try to sell any extras we didn't need and were able to fix the problem immediately. He also cut down a stump we'd had a hard time getting to ourselves (too nervous to use the saw since it's right next to the power lines to the condensing unit and we knew if we cut those, we'd be in trouble). I'd highly recommend them!

I discovered that our A/C unit was not cooling properly. On 7/5, I contacted All Temp and scheduled a service/ diagnostic appointment for 7/6. The office staff was friendly and efficient. Mike B. arrived within the appointment window and promptly inspected the unit. He discovered that the contactor was bad and replaced it. After replacing the part, Mike tested the pressure and temperature and confirmed everything was working properly. Mike took the time to provide some helpful advice for keeping the unit operating at it's peak. The entire appointment lasted approx. 30 minutes. I have used All Temp in the past and would recommend them to friends and family. In my experience, they have been honest, reliable and efficient. I've never felt that a technician was trying to "sell me something." A++ Rating. *Only note is that I was expecting a call prior to technician arrival, but that's no big deal in my book!

I felt like you had to jump through hoops to get anything scheduled with them. I realize that you have to do the scheduled maintenance for a furnace. I left a message with a supervisor and never heard back. They were scheduled a month in advance. I got the impression they just didn't want my business. ((UPDATE))) 05/31/2016 The manager (Mic) has called and spoken with me try and resolve the situation and explained to me their busy schedule. I will wait and see how the service goes from here.

All temp arrived right on time, and worked through adding supplies from our furnace, through our brick foundation wall, to an addition on our house. They insulated everything well, and worked through an awful rain storm, having to walk from inside to outside, into a crawl space, repeatedly. Somehow, they managed to keep the inside clean. They did a great job insulating everything, and kept a good mood despite the work being more than anticipated and the weather conditions being painful. They cleaned up really well after themselves, and answered questions about heat and AC beyond the work at hand. I'd highly recommend All Temp.

From the start, All Temp was fantastic. They were one of 6 estimates and Art did a great job of answering all of my questions. I also loved that he gave me three options: the middle one was what he recommended, but also offered what would have been an upgrade as well as a downgrade from the offered unit. Genuine honesty is the best way to describe Art's approach. The install went fantastically. The moved the electrical with no worries and the installers took the time to answer any questions I had about the unit. They were courteous, professional, and were able to problem solve an unforeseen issue. I could not be happier with how the install went! They also send out someone, a week later, to inspect the work and ensure that any remaining questions I had get answered. I highly recommend All Temp; top to bottom, a fantastic company.

Called out on a Sunday morning because our furnace was not working. Tony came out within 30 minutes and help us get water out of the line. He did not upsell anything and simply fixed it for us. It was a simple fix for condensation. The 24 hr. Emergency service was $180 to come out but we were able to use the fit $30 coupon- HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

All went well and technician was very helpful/informative in explaining what the problem was and where it was.

They were there on time. They are honest. They were very polite. They cleaned everything. I was so happy that I had hired to to the work. Other companies came in and tried to overcharge me to do additional work, but All-Temp showed me that there was no reason for the additional changes and saved me money in the long run.

The technician was on time, friendly, and efficient. We will definitely use them again!

He was very informative and was willing to explain how the ducts are set up in our house. He recommended several tips that we are able to try to help circulate the air flow through the floors of the home.

Phil came out to provide a free estimate for a new boiler. Appointment was scheduled for the same week and Phil called to move up the appointment due to a cancellation. He was very thorough, asked questions and answered all of mine. Would definitely recommend.

Art the salmon for AllTemp was very patient and helpful. Explained all the options and helped me make a good choice. Even helped me out by recommending what I needed not what I thought I needed and saved a good amount of money for me. The installers John and Dave came promptly on time and worked hard the day through with almost no breaks. Made suggestions to improve the installation and even drove me to Lowes to get some Pea Gravel to give the A/C unit a better "bed" to rest on. Very courteous, and very clean. Really impressive and GREAT work. Very impressed and appreciative.

The gas company had to inspect the lines in my house. They looked at the Heater in the basement which is in a Utility room. AllTemp had installed the 90% HE heater and AC about a year ago. The gas company said the intake should run outside or to a more open part of the basement. The old heater was also vented incorrectly. I had no idea that both the old and new heaters did not have proper intake venting. Why should I? It is not my line of work. I believe AllTemp should have seem the problem when giving me the quote last year and corrected the problem when they installed the new system. AllTemp wants to charge me to do something that should have been done already and included in the initial installation. I am trying to write a fair review. Their pricing was good for the heater and ac, they installed it quickly without making a mess, the sales person was professional. They install quality systems and do not try to sell you things you don't need. Example the sales person said I did not need a new filter box, all other vendors I got quotes from tried to push a new filtration system on me. So if you are looking at the sales process, installation, and price of the new AC and Heater they did a good job with the exception of not fixing the intake venting problem. I just would like them to fix the intake vent situation. It is something they should have included with the installation. ***UPDATE**** All Temp agreed to fix the venting issue for no charge. Their technician came up with a clever venting solution and came back on 10/16 to implement it. Took him 30 min and he was done. Thanks All Temp for making this right.

Great service! Service was scheduled the day I called. Technician arrived promptly, assessed problem and retired it. Great all the way around.

We have been happy with All Temp Heating/Air Conditioning Inc. Then they told us we needed a part, I think the part was like 600 dollars. So we didn't know what to do. Originally All Temp had installed the air conditioner. The reason we didn't use All Temp is because the charge for servicing the air conditioner was more.

All Temp originally installed the furnace and air conditioner before my late wife and I bought this house. We have always used their services since then and have nom complaints of any sort. I have continued using them since I lost my wife, and have had no regrets at all. I would recommend them to any one.

From my first call to Rich Edwards in sales for a quote, to the end of the install....this was an excellent customer experience. Rich was courteous and knowledgeable, and helped me to select the proper equipment for maximum climate comfort and energy efficiency for my dollar. He had a quote back to me in less than an hour which was very fair considering some of the other exorbitant figures I had been quoted by another HVAC contractor that clearly spends far too much on advertising to be fair on pricing. We quickly locked in on equipment, price, and install date. The installation crew (Juan and team) showed up this morning right on time, and after minimal instruction on where to find the furnace and breaker panel, they were off and running. Juan and team were great, and so professional that I was able to sit in my kitchen for the better part of the day and get a ton of work done. 48 hours later, I could not be more happy with the entire process.....and All Temp will e coming out in 2 weeks just to check in on us and make sure their install and all our equipment is running flawlessly. I would highly recommend calling and working with All Temp, as they absolutely provide great value and customer service. Thank You All Temp Team !

They made 3 service visits before recommending a new one. I was already peeved by the multiple service visits that we paid for but their price point was decent for the furnace installation. They were all nice enough and it was nice that they thought they could fix the furnace instead of us having to buy a new one, but over $300 later and it still didn't work. I will only use them again to keep the warranty on the furnace.

I spent about $140. The reason why I use them is because they install my air conditioner condensers and I have a warranty on it and I want to make sure I keep up with it. They are terrible with timing. They will tell you they will be there in an hour and a half an by the time they get there you have been waiting for a day.
