EXPECT THEM ON TIME EVEN IF THEY CALL AND SAY THEY WILL BE LATE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THERE WERE NO 'SURPRISES' ON BILLING OR OTHERWISE. SENT AN INSPECTOR OUT A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER TO ASSESS THE INSTALLATION AND TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WE MIGHT HAVE.

THE TECH DID NOT RECOGNIZE THAT WE HAD ELECTRIC HEAT ONLY. HE THOUGHT WE ALSO HAD CIRCULATED HOT WATER HEAT AND THAT IT WAS BROKEN. TWO HOURS LATER HE ASKED ME AND I IMMEDIATELY CLARIFIED IT. HE THEN SAID IT WAS THE HIGH LIMIT WHICH WAS READILY AVAILABLE. THREE DAYS LATER HE FINALLY RETURNED TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR. I HAVE NOT SEEN A BILL. I DID GIVE MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE CALL OUT SO I AM WATCHING TO SEE WHAT HITS MY ACCOUNT. SO, TOOK TOO LONG TO DIAGNOSE AN OBVIOUS FAULT. TOOK TOO LONG TO REPAIR IT. AND DOES NOT COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY.

HAD 2 REPAIR MEN OUT; FIRST ONE WASNT AS KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WAS SENT TO DO ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AND HAD TO SCHEDULE SEPARATE APPT. WITH TECHNICIAN TO DIAGNOSE THE BLOCKAGE PROBLEM DISCUSSED ABOVE.
Description of Work: OUR A/C WAS BROKEN. REPAIR MAN FOUND BLOCKAGE IN THE A/C SYSTEM AND HE REMOVED IT AND INSTALLED A FILTER TO PREVENT FUTURE BLOCKAGES. ALSO SERVICED ALL 3 A/C UNITS IN OUR 3 FLAT BUILDING.
