My experience was excellent and I will continue to use ALL Temp for regular maintenance work.

Setting up appointment was fine. Set for 10-2; at 1:15 I was called to say he'd be there by 3pm, and he arrived at 2:20. Technician was nice and helpful. He replaced the blower; dirt was tracked into the house, the old equipment and wires were left on the basement floor, and he did not reattach the wire which guards the furnace filter from the blower. This irked me, especially because he was there because of a fire in the blower - I don't want anything flammable near it!

The overall experience with All Temp was great. We were able to get same day service, and the staff did a great job from making the appointment to fixing the issue. I will use and recommend All Temp in the future.

We obtained 4 estimates from highly rated companies from Angie's List and ultimately chose All Temp. Once we decided what kind of system we wanted, they offered the best price. They even threw in the humidifier and air cleaner at no charge for us committing to installation within a week. September is a good time to replace your system!! Our weather has been mild and it's only been a few days so we haven't used the A/C or heat yet, to tell how well we like the system, but our experience with All Temp was a good one. Just a couple things, I wish we had been made aware of how HUGE the A/C unit is! I had no idea how much bigger it would be than our old model. We did get a brochure with the specs but didn't really pay to much attention because from the picture it looks normal size. I also don't like how far away from the house it sticks out. It needs clearance in order to be able to open the grates in back for easy cleaning. If we had known how visually unappealing it would be, we may have considered other options. Now, we're looking at some landscaping possibilities to help soften the look! Having said that, the furnace is normal size and looks great! Adam the sales man was very nice, helpful, efficient and accommodating (just wish he told us how enormous the a/c is)! John and Levi, the installers were great! Levi was brand new and made a couple mistakes, but John was there to fix them! Everyone's new at some point! Time will tell how well we like the system, but we plan on being in our house for awhile and decided the high efficiency system would suit our needs the best, but you really need to do your homework and know what will work best for your home!

We are on a service contract. I signed up with them, to do it again next year. They are clean, considerate, professional, and they take their shoes off at the door. They were able to tell me that I would be the first call, so I wouldn't have to wait.

They were good. They came out when they were supposed to, were very straight forward and honest, and most importantly the fixed the air conditioner. I have not had any problems with them.

They are very good. They are courteous, they are thorough, they come when they are supposed to and they have always done a good job. I have been pleased and I would recommend them to anyone.

It went very well. They gave us an estimate. I thought the pricing was fair. They answered all of our questions. They went through all of our options with us. They cleaned up thoroughly. They called awhile after the installation to make an appointment to make sure that everything was OK.

They have done a great job, everything was installed in one day even though it was tough. They come twice a year to service it and clean it. They were prompt and quick. They cleaned up well and were very courteous.

All Temp worked with our schedules and arrived when they said they would. Their technician, Abe, was courteous and helpful. I had expected the worst (you never know when dealing with an air conditioner) and was pleasantly surprised when he had it working within an hour.

They came out on short notice. This was a late appt. They were respectful of my needs. I would use them again.

Adam was detailed & professional when preparing the quote. He followed up professionally. Had a fiasco when we discovered that flexible pipe was installed instead of rigid. We clarified several times before the work started that it would be rigid. When confronted, Adam repeatedly assured us that the room would be comfortable, that flexible is up to code, and that he simply made the decision because it would be easier on his installers. We felt strongly that he should have discussed this with us. Although unhappy with the situation (we were stressed plus the time researching if it was up to code and if the flexible would perform like the rigid), we were ultimately happy with Adam's handling of the situation. He remained even tempered and professional and was committed to our satisfaction. The room is comfortable like he said it would be and we appreciate his offer of a free service next year. Ultimately a happy ending for a reasonable price.

They asked all the questions over the phone to get me the right equipment for my house. They quoted me a price sight unseen this worried me as this may cause the price to go up. They accommodated my schedule within 48 hours to do the work. They are prompt friendly and efficient. I was worried when I got the cal that the installer "needed to talk to me" I couldn't get back to them quickly but he resolved the installation problem before I returned call. I feared a cost increase but they stood by the price. I was and continue to be very satisfied with this installation. It really helped my allergies.

We've used them for several years. They are very friendly. They seem to be very honest and trustworthy.

We purchased a home from someone with the stipulation that they would replace the 30 year old furnace. The furnace was replaced by All Temp Heating & Air. We have had nothing but problems with this furnace and at first kept going back to All Temp for resolution. They repaired and repaired the furnace but it had continual problems (along with the fact that it no longer properly supported cooling of the house). After getting no where with this vendor we started getting repairs from others. Every repair service asked us "Who sold you this furnace. This isn't a proper furnace for this house." or, "I've never even heard of this furnace manufacturer". I called All Temp and suggested they undersized the furnace. They refused to even return my phone calls. The house was easily cooled with the old furnace and now we suffer all summer long. I replaced the air conditioner hoping this would solve the problem but it didn't. I would never use or trust this vendor.

Very honest and knowledgeable. They don't try to sell you something you don't need.

We are very pleased with this company.Thankfully, we have not had any major problems with the system. Although, I am confident that if we did, we would be well taken care of. I can always make an appointment easily with them, and they are always on time.

They were very efficient in doing the work and got finished very quickly. I liked their cleanliness a lot. Most people come in and leave things a mess in the basement, but they did a real nice job of cleaning up. It's nice to have a company that shows up on time, also.

Responded same day. All work was done to my satisfaction. I was pleased enough with their response time and quality of work to sign up for their maintenance plan.

Very well. The technician was timely (although I wish you could get a time instead of a 4 hour window), prepared with repair kit, quoted the fix, did the fix, and walked away. 90 minutes and our A/C is great. All temp has sold me on semi-annual reviews/maintenance without question.

They did an incredible job, they were great in all areas. They had a good price as well. They showed up on time, worked through lunch. It was a tough job. Everyone was top notch.

Installers showed up promptly. Worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after themselves. Hauled away old units for disposal. A separate worker performed a quality assurance check after installation.

It went well. The person Troy, from Alltemp was very knowledgeable and did a careful thorough job.

They were able to send a crew the next day. The initial repairman was on time rattled through the facts of the case (it's old and not worth fixing). The crew the next day was also on time. I got them started, but then my wife was home with them. She said they were polite. They also did some extra work with the PVC piping that they didn't have do. Much appreciated. They cleaned up their mess pretty well. Overall a good experience.
