The only time they had available was in the evening so I had to pay double the amount or a regular service call. I agreed to that because the temperature in my house probably around 40°. They gave me a timeframe for service from 5 PM to 9 PM and a service person would call when on their way. I was thrilled that Brett called me at before 5pm. Brett was very professional and thorough. He walked me through what needed to be fixed and prices. Within less than 35,minutes he replaced my broken igniter and answered questions about my desire to replace an 18 year old furnace.

It used a coupon for that too. Definitely would use them again. Excellent work. It probably took about an hour. He did some things he had not done before. He looked at my humidifier and then there's a little drain, a little connection, it had something to do with the cleaning, a little box, or something, I can't think of the name of it. Anyways, he told me how to clean it, he took it out and told me how to keep it clean. He changed the filter on my humidifier. I was real pleased with that little humidifier box because I didn't know anything about it. He told me how to put bleach and whatever down it to keep it from mildew. He was very thorough, real thorough. That's the first time I used All Temps. It was a very good impression. I may use them again, I'll just wait for another coupon though because the regular price for the inspection is very high. It's real high; they charge you trip charge, and labor charge and price charge. I'll just wait for a coupon again.

Good. AC needed freon. Will possibly replace in spring. If so, will definitely hire again.

I called and was offered an appointment for the next day. I was not available at that time, and they accommodated my scheduling needs. A nice man came, examined my a/c and found I was near to needing a part replaced. He told me it didn't have to be replaced that day, that I could wait until it would blow out, but I decided to replace it. This was mud-June, I think. When I asked if he had any discounts available, he offered a service plan that reduced my cost.

They were on time (and) it was a pretty standard price. They have a $10 discount coupon you can get and all that kind of stuff.

Great! The installers were neat, on time and very nice. The HVAC units were professionally installed and the areas were completely cleaned up after the install. John reviewed the necessary things that I should know about the new furnace, humidifier and air conditioner. What I really thought was outstanding is that All Temp sends out a second person a week later to check and review the work that was done and to make sure the new units are operating as they should and answer any questions that I might have forgot to ask when the work was 1st completed.

If you leave a message, someone will call you back right away. It is their professionalism that I appreciate the most. They pay attention.

Excellent! I called them in the morning because I heard a rattling noise when the heat came on. It had been going on for a few days but it was getting louder so I wanted them to come in the next few days. I asked if they could come the same day and they made me the last appointment of the day, When I called to set up the service instead of a service call, Steve told me to get a furnace cleaning and they would actually do some work while the tech was there and told me about the Angie's List discount. The tech came was very thorough. told me the noise was related to the humidifier so once we turned it off, the noise stopped. I need a new humidifier and he stated that his office would call me with a quote. He then cleaned the furnace. I was his last appointment of the day and he was very pleasant to be his last job.

They are fine. They are usually available within a few days. They are responsive. I had my whole HVAC system replaced with them two years ago and they came in terms of the best price.

Maybe they made some adjustments. They are a reliable and good company. They already have a good rating. They were always good and they always had a competitive rate. They will meet the price of another coupon from a competitive company. I think that's very nice. They're reliable, they're professional, they're honest and they cleanup after themselves.
