Not having heat the morning of March 3, I checked Angie's List and called All Temp. Peter responded promptly and checked the furnace, finding and showing me that some of the wiring had burned off. He gave me an estimate for rewiring the furnace, but considering that it was over 30 years old, I opted to replace it with a newer high-efficiency unit. Tom and Matt arrived that afternoon with the new furnace, and after four hours of work had it installed and running--I once more had heat. The following day All Temp called to arrange for a follow-up inspection of the work, which passed without incident. The only problem encountered was with the removal of the old furnace: it was left on the property awaiting pick-up the following morning by what I understood to be a waste removal contractor of All-Temp's. No pick up occurred, and that afternoon two of the community association's grounds personnel seeing it, removed it for me.

Upon initial inspection the building inspector raised a couple issues with the furnace installation. All Temp returned and corrected the findings. They did a great job adding new exhaust and intake PVC piping for the High-efficiency furnace. Very pleased with the work they performed and we will be using them for annual maintenance of the furnace and AC.

They came out a day or so after we called them. They were here early in the morning and finished the job by mid-afternoon. They disposed off our old furnace. We had no problems with them. Later on a person came out to check if there were any leaks or other problems with the new furnace.

The experience went very well. Where we live in the community many of our friends use the company. They gave us an excellent price over the phone. They came and did the job and we were very pleased. We'd absolutely use them again if needed.

We have been with them for many, many years. They always do a wonderful job. They did the job and at the price they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves and I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything about this job went well. Both Andy and the installation crew came exactly when promised. They were able to put the furnace in within a few days. The crew did a beautiful job. They covered all the floors very carefully (even my dirty carpet on the basement stairs). The venting work was very neatly done and they even worried about showing us a problem with some drywall in the garage, explained what had happened and suggested how it could be repaired. There was not any mess or dirt left at all after they finished. When we realized the next day that we had no hot water, we called and they sent someone right away, who realized that the crew had inadvertently put the pilot light out on the water heater while replacing a valve. It was fixed as soon as we discovered it, so that is hardly a negative.

They were good. They did the job for me at a reasonable price.

They are responsive and courteous. They do what they say they would do. They do a good job and their price is very competitive. They had to however come back and fix something. I would use them again in future.

They were very thorough, timely, and professional. The price was reasonable, as well.

They showed up promptly when they were scheduled. They didn't give us this huge 4 hour window like most of the HVAC companies do. They set a one hour window. of time. They were fast, friendly, neat, and got the job done in one visit. Prior to using All Temp we had two other companies try work on our AC and needless to say, they never did the job right and our AC would never work properly. Plus unlike the other companies we dealt with, All Temp warranties their work.

PERFECT! They came for the estimate in 3 days after the call and helped me decide what to do. The work was scheduled for a week later. My quote from (1) company was similar to All Temp but 2 weeks to start work. Olson Heating quote was twice as much and 3 weeks to do work, Ridiculous and OUCH!! The All Temp tech (Troy) was scheduled to arrive between 8-9am. Called at 7:30am and stated he would be here by 8am. Arrived at 7:50 am. We went over the work to be done and all went great. I paid a good price for professional work. I wish I would have used them for my other work, AC/Heating/H20 tank! I would recommend calling All Temp 1st!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The workers at All Temp are punctual. Their pricing is fair. They are driven for resolution. The quality of their work is great. They are very responsive and professional.

In general, everything went well with the installation. Although we were surprised with the 'noise' made by the new heating , All temp sent inspector over the following day to make sure the unit installed correctly, and then explained to me why I could hear the sound while on the second floor. During the second trip of the service, the technician detected the problem with the wires that connect from controller to the heating and air conditioning unites, it caused the both units running the same time. They helped fix the issue. I am very happy with their professionalism.

They recommended while replacing the air conditioning unit that we might replace the furnace aslo as they were both about 27 years old and they work together.They did give us a very good deal as well. The work they did was professional and we will us them again as needed.

Our furnace died on a Sunday and we called All Temp. I spoke with an actual person and she advised that their service call was double on a Sunday and so we decided to just use space heaters and have her leave a message for the office to call on Monday. At 7:20 am they called and said they could have someone over there between 9 and 11. Pete showed up at 9 and within about 1 minute had the problem diagnosed - a burnt out exhaust motor. We debated whether to repair it or replace the furnace since it was 15 years old and had already had the circuit board go bad. Pete was very patient while we discussed it - but when he said that the fan belt squealing that I had been hearing was the blower motor going, we decided to take advantage of our Angie's List coupon and a sale they had going and replace the furnace. He had the installer out there by noon and by 2 pm we were back in business. Then they sent an inspector out on Thursday to make sure everything was running correctly. We had noticed some insulation around one of the pipes that was missing and he was able to replace that. He also adjusted the fan speed and showed us how to adjust the humidifier (which had been installed many years ago by another company). We have an investment house that needs a new furnace and we plan to hire them again.

I dealt with Art and I felt like he was frustrated about us taking so long to decide on what type of air cleaning system to buy. For a while, he was calling a lot and then he just stopped. I do feel somewhat to blame as it took us months to come to a decision.

I scheduled an appointment to have my furnace serviced for Saturday morning. They said they would come between 8am and 12 noon. I got up early Saturday morning so I would be ready for them. I vacuumed the garage, but since I knew they could be coming, I left the garage door open so I would see them if they came while I was vacuuming. When I was done vacuuming, I noticed a message on the answering machine from All-temp. It was difficult to understand the message, but it was left by Michelle. When I called back (this was just a few minutes after the message was left), Michelle told me that I would need to reschedule because I did not answer to phone to confirm. I don't understand why they would cancel an appointment, just because I didn't answer the phone immediately the first time. They said that they had called me earlier in the week to confirm, but I am not aware of any previous calls. I have been doing business with All temp for about 15 years, but I don't plan to do business with them any more. I have asked them not to call me again.

I purchased a maintenance agreement for both my furnace and air conditioner. Every year, both are checked and cleaned by All-Temp. Jim came to the house today and did the maintenance on the furnace. I had some questions and he answered them all. He explained to me how the humidifier works and what number I should have it on during the winter. He is always pleasant and informative. I have had this company come to my home for years and have recommended them to many people.

His price was $2000.00 less than the other quotes. They had their guys at my within an hour. They worked almost until midnight. They had to build the duct work. They stayed until the job was done and we had heat. They did a follow up a week later to make sure that the furnace was working properly.

They are responsive, easy to work with and I would recommend them.

We were creating a pass-through for a kitchen remodel and needed an HVAC company to quickly perform some duct work without pushing back the timeframe of our kitchen remodel. All Temp had their estimator out within 2 hours of my call and performed the work the very next morning. The final price ended up being even less than the original estimate! Will definitely use again for future HVAC needs.

We had a 20 year-old furnace and knew its days were numbered. All-Temp came for a cleaning and using a camera showed us two cracks in the heat exchanger. They did a quote on the spot for a new furnace and came the next day to do the install. Both the cleaning technician and the installers were very professional and arrived within the scheduled time. After the installation, they thoroughly cleaned the area and removed the old furnace. The installer saved us $200 by using the existing electronic filter housing for the media filter. We were due a rebate from the manufacturer, and the office offered to complete and submit necessary the paperwork for us.
