The estimate was several hundred dollars lower than the 3 other estimates received. Considering that the work went well, and im fully satisfied with the job overall, the lower price definitely distinguishes them from the herd.

I would not use them again in the future.

If you're like me, there are certain services I hate needing, such as HVAC and plumbing, because I've experienced so many bad providers in the past. I finally found a great plumber some time ago and thanks to Angie's List, now have a great HVAC supplier in All Temp. When they came out to do the first fall inspection I've done in a couple years they showed me a crack in my furnace and discovered the motor was hanging because it was attached on only one side. After 25 years, it needed to be replaced. I scheduled a time for Art to come out and he brought me brochures on several options. I'm happy to say that Art is old school, meaning he's not going to sell you something you don't need and won't push you to buy something you don't want or can't afford. His only concern is doing right by the customer, and after giving me a lot of information he made easy to understand, I selected a furnace and we went on to swap stories about our families. This is a throwback to the old days when people were smart enough to know that in order to build loyalty you had to first build relationships. How refreshing! As for installation, Dave came out and worked quickly and quietly. I love Dave as much as I love Art! He left the place cleaner than when he walked in. He took time to explain everything to me, showed me what settings I was to change on the humidifier and thermostat, and told me to change the furnace filter once a year. He's great with detail and if it wasn't for him being so thorough the new furnace would have been installed over a rotting cased coil that would have dripped all over the new unit. I appreciate people who go above and beyond to make sure everything is working well and Dave did that. The company that installed my air conditioner a few years ago didn't even come inside to check the coil. I highly recommend them. The people I've talked to in their office and those who have come out to the house have all been polite, friendly and responsive. They also know what they're talking about. I'm grateful to find a company I can trust. They'll be out in another week to ask me how I like the new furnace and to see if any adjustments need to be made. No charge for that - they just do it - and based on what I'm hearing, not every company follows up like that. That's just one more reason to call them.

From setting up a appointment with Art for a estimate to the installation by Grant and Scott everything went smooth and pleasant . The AC and Furnace work great. We had the temperatures to test them both. We feel like we have been taken care of very well by ALL TEMP.

Replaced both AC and furnace. Showed up a correct time and performed work with no fuss and with extreme professionalism. They cleaned up so well you would not know the furnace or AC had been replaced. Top notch work. They will come back in two weeks to check up on the system. They even asked if we planned on finishing the basement. Saw the steel beams where walls would probably go and recommended the slide out filter go a certain direction so as not to interfere with the soon to be wall when finished. We would certainly use the again for another install or repair work. I had never heard of this company prior to looking on angies list. Glad I signed up. We used another firm (not to be named) that was also A rated and found them extremely pushy and did not listen to us. They sat with us as asked us how we used the AC. After explaining they said "we would normally recommend a 16SEER rating but since you use the AC when humid and when about 80 we think you would never recoup your cost of going from 13 to 16." They recommend the lower cost 13 SEER.

Everything went great from Art's estimate to the final installation. Art fully explained the benefits and features of the various units available. The installation team was very professional and cleaned up everything before leaving.

Blower motor went out so cool air couldn't be circulated to the upstairs. When All Temp arrived they inspected the furnace and found it to be badly in need of replacement (We had the A/C unit replaced last year. ) We had the furnaced replaced and coils and are back in business. The tech's were dependable, courteous and cleaned everything when completed. We will use them soon to replace our other A/C and furnace units.

AC and furnace fan stopped working on a Sunday evening - called All Temp based on other Angies List recommendations - had a sales call set up for Tuesday for an estimate, sales reviewed all options and pricing. We decided to purchase and scheduled installation for the next day, Wednesday. Sales and service were excellent, appointment times for both sales estimate and installation service were on time - installers made sure areas in the house stayed clean when bringing in new equipment and taking out old equipment. Installation went faster than expected, everything works well and we believe we received a great price for our HVAC purchase.

Found company thru Angie's list. Quote for A/C replacement was substantially less than competitors. Company had a substantial discount available for furnace replacement if both units were done at the same time. Since both units were probably 25+ years old, decided to go for it. Crew arrived on time and completed the work (removal of old equipment, installation of new) in about half a day. Company does a follow-up QC inspection of the work by a different individual to see that the equipment was properly installed. So far so good.

They are fine. I think they know what they are doing; but I think they are pricey. I will use them again in the future.

When I turned on our a/c last week to test it for the season, it kicked on in the house but I noticed the fan in the outside unit wasn't moving. I turned it off and called this morning to make an appointment. Corky arrived only three hours later, wthin the timeframe given to me. After looking at the outside unit he noticed it was filthy (it's been a while since it was cleaned) and that a branch from a nearby tree had fallen into it, jamming the fan. He cleared the obstruction, cleaned the unit, and then using meters he checked to make sure it was functioning properly. Then he checked the system inside and seeing how dirty the pre-filters were, he cleaned them and explained to me where I could find them in the future. I was foolishly only cleaning the filters, unaware the pre-filters were there. I know that sounds stupid but I have hvacophobia. The charge of $110 was after the discount for being a member of Angie's List. This was my first time using them and I'll be using them in the future and recommending them to others.

I am very happy with All Temp's service. After using them for regular maintenace and an emergency repair or two for about five years, we chose them to replace our aging furnace and air conditioner. We had intended to delay replacing the air conditioner for another year, but the package deal they offered persuaded us to do both at once. They were excellent in explaining various options and as always, professional, prompt, and exactly as contracted.

They have done a great job and I have recommended them to friends and family. They are very prompt and keep the home clean when they leave. Their prices are competitive.

When I first called to get information and pricing, the person on the phone was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. After talking with 2 other companies we decided to go with AllTemp and they were able to schedule an appointment within a week. Although they could only schedule a 2 hour window, they put a note that I requested first morning appointment if possible and they did end up being able to accomodate us. Peter was very professional and also offered good advice on some things we could do to save on heating and cooling costs.

It was a very negative experience and we had to take them to small claims court. We ended up getting water damage due to their work. We had to have all the carpeting replaced because of the water damage.

Appointment went very well. Matt was punctual and went to work immediately. He first performed a check-up on the furnace and after completing it went to the A/C. Matt was very friendly and professional throughout. He offered good advice for some questions I had as well. I was extremely satisfied with the service.

The central air conditioning malfunctioned. I was fortunate to receive a same day appointment. The repair person was punctual and professional. Within 5 minutes of arriving to my home he diagnosed that the coil malfunctioned. He carried the part on his truck and within 30 minutes of arriving had completed the repair and checked the entire unit. I was very impressed on how well and how quickly the job was performed.

WONDERFUL!! Brian was friendly, informative, and did a very thorough cleaning job. I've NEVER had anyone actually clean my AC units. It was a truly enlightening experience. I'll never again accept less and I"m a customer for life!

They were very nice, friendly clean and the price was very nice. We liked them the best. There were 2 guys here on the job and the inspector looked and found a leak because of one of the seals was leaking and they came right back out and fixed it for us very creatively with the small space they needed to work with.

The individual that gave me quote was a little late, but other than that he was helpful and my overall experience was great. The quote was the cheapest and because of a sale I got the A/C unit for free. Comparing the price of the furnace with other quotes I received All-Temp did not appear to have raised the price of the furnace to make up for giving me the A/C unit. The installation happened two days after I accepted the offer.

The man that did the installation happened to live in Cary where I live. He was excellent the way he explained everything when I ask him questions about the difference in things. He was very nice and helpful. They gave us very good and efficient service and showed up when they said they would. I spent $3507.60 on the job. It wasn?t anything that they did wrong and they also provided me discounts and made sure I got everything I was entitled to. They gave me the receipts for the insurance and the tax rebate.

I was very pleased with the attitude, professionalism and price that were offered by Art of All Temp. I priced the same system with 2 other companies and Art gave me his best deal right up front. I was going to use them, but when I called my current HVAC company to tell them, they agreed to match ALL Temp's price. If I didn't have a long-standing relationship with them I would have used All Temp. Of the 5 companies(some with other brands of HVAC), Art treated me as an intelligent consumer, unlike a couple of the others who basically told "the little lady" what they decided I should hear. One of them also kept making his best offers good only for 'the next 2 days'. The comparison to All Temp wasn't good for the others!

I was happy with them. They came out quickly and they gave me a good price. The furnace broke and they were able to come out within the hour.

We are quite pleased with them. They are very upfront with their price and give the price in detail telling us what is include and what is not. They show up on time and do a good job. They are very courteous and polite.
