It went fine. They didn’t charge additional payment. They just did everything that was expected. They did what they were supposed to do.

As I had my furnace and air conditioning systems serviced prior to the cooling season starting; I noticed that the furnace had a vibration when the gas came on and the fan was blowing. Also as the compressor was being checked, it was noticed that a circuit had been fused and that then the compressor was being cycled off the pressures in the in and out valves was not equal. With that information and the fact that the systems were 12 years old, I decided to get some estimates for replacing both and going to as high an efficiency as I could on both systems. All Temp came in with the best estimate by 25% and included 5 years maintenance free. I went with a furnace that was 98% efficient and a air conditioner that was 20 SEER which is 2x more efficient than my old unit. They also included a wifi thermostat which allows control of the units via ipad, iphone or computer. The installers were courteous, quietly competent and explained any and all things done. They cleaned up after the work very nicely. They came on time and finished the complete project in 2 days work. The work was coordinated by the sales manager who also explained all the details involved and checked in several times each day to insure all was going well. The system is unbelievably quiet as the furnace air handler can not be heard when running and the compressor outside is very very quiet. The system installed is made by Lennox. I would recommend this provider to anyone wanting a quality product with meticulous execution to the details of the installation. I am most satisfied!

The company representative arrived on time and was through on the products. He checked my heater requirement and told me about the latest developments on Central Heaters. After that he provided me quotes for the same and did a follow up next day. I decided not to change my heater thay year and told him about my decision. He was cordial and requested me to consider his company if I decide otherwise. Overall his quote was the best and a no hassle experience.

Knowledgable repairman found problem easily. It was after 5 p.m. He didn't have replacement part with him so he returned early the next day to install the new part. Friendly and respectful.

The big deal was worded wrong and it was meant for broilers only. When they found out that, I had a furnace they still honored it and did a great job. They accommodated over the scope of the deal. They were polite and friendly. They were very thorough and professional. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

All Temp did a great job. They were there on time. the work area was left clean. They protected the floors while doing the work. The work was completed as scheduled. The installers did encounter some unexpected issues. The resolved them and moved on. I will use them again.

Overall experience was good. Easy experience on the phone, punctual on the day, and price was as promised. The first installer that came did not install an outdoor sensor that helps the humidifier run automatically. After writing a review explaining my dissatisfaction with this, All Temp responded by calling me and scheduling a return visit. They came back and put the sensor in free of charge. I was impressed with the effort all temp made to satisfy the customer. I did not even have to ask for the free return trip, they called me. Would hire again.

They're great! They are always prompt and punctual. They notice things, like if they have muddy shoes they take them off as soon as they get inside even if they're going into our unfinished basement. They also do good work.

The work men were polite and cleaned after the work. It was more extensive than first thought, but I was not charged a penny more. The work took almost 3 days to complete. The heater works so much better than before. Can't wait to test out the A/C in the summer. I would definitely suggest them to anyone needing a furnace or air conditioner. They also repair and clean vents. I will have them do that later this spring.

Our experience with All Temp has been nearly exemplary. After an initial questionable encounter with an impatient sales guy, Rich the Sales Manager took over our bid and walked us through the process of completely overhauling our furnace and air conditioning. We've never made this kind of home improvement before and so we did thorough research talking with contractors and getting bids from 7 companies. All Temp was the superior company for many reasons. Information we were given was consistent over time. A heating and cooling load calculation was performed on our townhome to size the equipment properly. And the price was the most competitive we received, hands down. In a world of doubtfully trustworthy HVAC companies, All Temp has thus far proven themselves to be true to their word about being an honest company, focused on customer service, and offering a competitive price the first time. Rich also honored the original quoted price after it was discovered that the gas company rebates that we would receive wouldn't be as generous as anticipated. Our install was performed neatly, respectfully and time and attention was given to getting the job done right in a quality manner. Although we were given some instruction, a little bit more attention could have been paid to making sure we knew exactly how to operate and maintain the system. A technician came out a few days later to double check the install. Everyone we've encountered since our initial visit has been very helpful and professional. We are very happy with our new equipment with the way it operates and how much more comfortable we are in our home. We will recommend this company to all our neighbors and friends and look forward to a continued relationship as they service our new equipment.

They were great, we've used them again too. They were on time. The people were very nice, they were very clean. They came in and assessed the situation and did the work that needed to be done. I will use them in the future.

It went great. Woke up 8 am no heat - on, of course, the coldest day so far this winter - you know, when it finally dipped into the single digits? I think the high that day was 17. My living room was 55 degrees. Called around and they agreed to come out before noon. Arrived 10:30 am. Had the igniter diagnosed and replaced in about 20-25 minutes. It was like a $210 bill, but I used a coupon from Angie's list. So the bill was reduced to just under $190. I'm sure the igniter was a $20 piece. But I understand that I'm paying a fee for the visit and for the fact that they have people answering phones at odd hours. We had the exact same thing happen in our other house and called another company - they charged $400 for the same service, so I'm grateful for the reasonableness of this company.

Overall, the experience has been good. Their service is timely and high quality!

I would recommend them. They had a deal on Angies List and was very reputable. Everything was great. The only issue I had was that they had given me a time frame between 1 o'clock and 5 o'clock, and I specifically asked if they could call me before you come so that I could have at least a half hour to make sure I was home from work in time. They never called me. He said yes, but they never did. Otherwise, they did a great job. I don't really have any complaints.

Chris came out for a quote, very competitive price, felt comfortable with the work that was explained to us that had to be done. Came out the next day!! Installers were prompt,clean, courteous, cleaned up everything afterwards. All the work was accomplished same day! Extremely happy with All Temp.Would recommend them 100%.. We had several companies come out for a quote. Compare apples to apples so you know the price is matching what you are looking for.We did not decide on ALL Temp solely because of price, even though they were very close. Each company that came out had a little different concept of what needed to be done to make our house more comfortable. I felt Chris listened to us the closest for our needs.When we decided to go with All Temp , Chris stated they could come out tomorrow!! Sure enough, right on time in the AM next day, John and Aaron showed up and went to work. By 430 PM we were enjoying a new furnace. They explained how everything worked before leaving ( the web based thermostat controller was different but easy to use)Can't wait until Summer for the A/C, but for now the furnace is working fantastic, made the house so much more comfortable. A representative from All Temp( sorry forgot your name) came a few days later to make sure everything was working properly and gave the system a thorough check. I feel we have made the best choice in using All Temp Heating and Air Conditioning and would recommend them to everybody.

All Temp provided outstanding service throughout the entire experience. The estimator was on time, and was polite and professional. He explained the options well and worked quickly with the installers to set up an appointment. The installation went smoothly and the company followed up afterwards to make sure everything was ok.

All Temp has been our heating/cooling provider for years. We called them again when we needed a new furnace at our new home. They came us to give us an estimate for the new furnace. They spent time with us going over our options, gave us a good quote and installed it the next day. They spent half a day installing, went over the features, etc with us and even did a follow-up check up a few days later to make sure everything was running smoothly and to go over any further questions. Happy to have a new high efiiciency furnace and will use them again.

They completed the work on schedule and kept us uprised of their progress each day, including decisions to be made. They went over the layout before they started and made sure all my questions/ concerns were addressed. They followed up with a quality inspection a week later. I am very pleased with their work.
