This service call was for a "no heat" situation, not a furnace cleaning. Upon our arrival, our service tech found the filter so dirty it had sucked into the blower wheel. The tech had to remove the entire blower assembly to remove the filter. After cleaning, it was reinstalled. I think the charges are very fair for all the work involved.

Description of Work: Todd arrived promptly on schedule and did a good job of checking out and cleaning both the furnace and air conditioning system. Unfortunately, it was necessary to add a pound of the very expensive freon. Both the heating and air conditioning systems have worked fine since his visit.
