 + -1 moreI called Don Heck on a Monday and he was able to provide me service upon my requested day/time, two days later. He arrived right on-time, performed the work I had requested and charge me very reasonably. He has been very friendly and helpful both times I have used his service.
Description of Work: This was the second time I had used services from Don Heck Heating & Cooling. A year earlier, I used his service for inspection and cleaning of the furnace and A/C. His prices were excellent, he was quickly available and right on time. Additionally, he also pointed out a possible plumbing issue he saw in the basement, which I had a plumber address at a later date. During this instance, I again requested inspection and cleaning, but I also requested that my central air filter be moved from inside the unit to an outside access point. Don cut the new opening and trimmed out the duct externally and internally to support the filter. He in fact offered me no charge since it only took a short amount of his time. I chose to pay him at my own discretion. Fast, friendly and affordable service was received each time.
