 + 1 moreScheduled many times to meet them at my business on days that we were closed so there wouldn't be any hinderance to customers, and several times they did not show up. I made the mistake of accepting the excuses and giving the owner the benefit of the doubt. I paid in full at the point when the work was only 1/3 complete at the end of September, because the owner needed it. He swore he wouldn't leave another small business hanging like that. ----- I never saw him again. The work that was done by his crew was done unprofessionally and sloppily and will need to be completely re-done by another contractor. My mistake...don't make the same one.
Description of Work: Contracted with John Adams, the owner, to work on my tile roof, paint the exterior, and do plaster repair on my retail business in August, 2016.
