He came and looked at the chest and took it to his shop. Said it would be done in three weeks. Seven weeks later he returned it to me. It was blue and I wanted it sprayed white. He missed quite a few places. When I called him and told him I wanted him to come and touchup the missed areas, he was very indignant. He did come and slopped some paint on the areas, but it was obvious where the spay ended and the brush marks began. This is the third child to have this chest in our family. It's a treasured piece and didn't deserve the poor quality of work. I really don't think he had ever done this type of work.
