Description of Work: After flooding in our house, Tom came over to inspect the piano for free. We were extremely appreciative of his kind gesture. Obviously, he would be the first we'd call in the future.

Description of Work: Inquired for piano moving and tuning. Took over a week to get a response. He finally called (very nice on the phone), saying he would send me a formal estimate. I never received the estimate, so I sent a reminder email. 5 days later, I finally receive the estimate. I called and emailed multiple times to schedule the move, but it seems he just disappeared. No response to any messages. After asking around, this seems to be pretty common for this individual. Nice guy, but doesn't come through.

Description of Work: They tuned my piano.

Description of Work: Tom evaluated the piano prior to us buying it. His evaluation was considered and we bought the piano. Tom prepared and moved the piano to our home (from another a private party). He set-up the piano, helping us to choose an appropriate location for playing and sound. He gave us detailed care instructions for the wood, cleaning, and environmental controls (think humidity changes, air vents, etc..) He gave us an idea of ongoing maintenance (tuning, cleaning etc...). We were and continue to be pleased with the service provided.

Description of Work: Tom tuned my Yamaha Grand. He was very diligent with his work as the piano had not been tuned since we had relocated in Sept. of 2013. We had to reschedule the appointment a couple of times, but Tom spent a great deal of time on the tuning. He was to come back and touch it up in a couple weeks, but I haven't heard from him. It does sound so much better though!

Description of Work: This man loves pianos. He serviced two of our church's piano. One was a Steinway. He treated them as if they were his own. Very neat anda great person to have around. I rate him very high.
