Description of Work: Overall, work was completed quickly and professionally. He replaced a leaky pipe under kitchen sink and took time to inspect basement plumbing and talk to me regarding water heater replacement for future. I also needed toilet tank parts replaced but found after work completed he didnt replace handle which i would have expected since replacing all other tank parts. Not sure if seal at bottom of tank even replaced. He also checked seals on shower faucets& gave another name to call if leaking continued. So work that was performed was satisfactory not exceptional for cost.

 + -1 moreI called on Monday morning and talked to Todd. Told him it wasn't an emergency and he had me text him the details so he could schedule a service call. He messaged back on Tuesday evening and we setup a time for Wednesday. (I liked using text messages as it made it very easy to coordinate the timing). His son PJ did the work and was very polite and did an excellent job. The price was fair given the work and I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Replaced the line to an outside spigot that was leaking.

 + -1 moreHe is a nice and honest man. They had two employees come out and they completed the work in about an hour or two. They are polite and prompt. They gave me a fair price and did good work.
Description of Work: They did the plumbing in the garage, moving the water lines to the other side of the garage so they don't freeze. Also, they added another water line leading to an outside spigot, so he put in a whole new line for that.

He relocated 1 main run, 5 new appliance runs including a furnace and tankless water heater hookup. Hehad the job wrapped up within the morning. Everything looked great.

 + -1 moreI'm not sure how Todd has so many great reviews. I called him on 7/2 and left a message at 8 am which went un-returned. I called again on 7/3 and explained to him that I needed to have a pipe that was no longer being used capped. He informed he that he was 1. busy and 2. doesn't work in the afternoon (his days are finished longer before 4-5 in the afternoon) He probably needs to get his hours updated on the Angie's list website since they specifically state M-F Monday through Friday: 8:30 am - 8:15 p... Clearly this man is too busy to be burdened with any additional work. High unprofessional... perhaps he should review the part where he strives to be professional and carry on the family values.. with service like this, I am unsure of how the company has lasted 50yrs. Disappointed to say the least.

 + -1 moreAfter having another plumbing company come out and tell me nothing was wrong with my sump pump even though I had standing water in my basement I called Todd Paluska Plumbing. They very quickly came out discovered the problem and replaced the sump pump all in one visit for around $200, which of course fixed my standing water issue! I was very happy with the responsiveness, the obvious knowledge of the team, and the quality of the work. About 6 months later I had water collecting around my drain, so I called them back and again, they very quickly came out to my house, discovered the issue was with my ejector pump this time and replaced it for $435! It's been about another 4 months and no more water! But I will definitely continue to use Todd Poluska plumbing for any future plumbing issues!

Description of Work: I am having trouble flushing my Kohler water saver commode - the suction is so great it seems like the handle is going to break and most of the time it can not be flushed. You have to pour water in it to flush the waste. I called Todd about 10:30 Monday morning and after six rings received a voice mail that did not mention the company name, but did mention specific people and other contact numbers. I left a detailed message which included my name and telephone number, that I wanted a shut-off installed on the commode, the research I found about water saving commodes, what I thought needed to be done and if he would give me an estimate of parts cost, labor and time. Todd called back late in the afternoon and my husband spoke to him (I was still at work). My husband told him I would be available after 10am on Tuesday. Tuesday morning I received a call from Todd at three minutes to eight in the morning. He was unwilling to do anything other than sell me a new commode, argue that it was lime build-up causing the suction, cut away the carpet (at an extra cost) to make the new toilet fit and no, he was not going to come out just to give me an estimate on "guts" replacement. I told him I would continue looking for a plumber.

Description of Work: We were installing a half bath from scratch and needed a plumber to come in and run the water and sewer lines for the toilet and sink. We had 3 different plumbers come in and Todd was the lowest price as well as being honest with us telling us what was the right way of venting the toilet line. His estimate of 1200.00 for installing the lines as well as hooking up the toilet and vanity for us was more than half the cost lower than another plumber who wasn't even going to hook up the toilet and vanity. Todd came to do the work the day after we called and told him we wanted the service done from his company. We only paid 2/3rds of the estimate after the lines were installed the first day and then didn't have the pay the rest until he came to finish the work of hooking up the toilet and faucet.
