Description of Work: I left a message requesting need for replacing roof and he didn't call back. When I called again and left another message, he called back. He said he will provide an estimate and I am still waiting after 1 month.How well will they follow up with warranty work if needed.

Description of Work: Brian from Sunrise was very prompt and offered a competitive estimate for tear off and replacement for our asbestos roof. He was very concerned with handling it in a safe manner for our family. After such, he became virtually impossible to get in touch with. Phone calls went unanswered and unreturned for weeks, so we found another roofer who actually had some follow through. We wish we could speak for his workmanship and expertise, but he ruled himself out by lack of customer service to seal the deal.
