+ 0 moreWe were only in town for a couple of days and we needed the carpeting replaced ASAP. We originally wanted laminate wood floor, but Ralphs does not stock any. We showed the sales person a sample of the carpet color and style that we wanted but again, he had nothing in stock to match it. He did show us his remnant area where we found a single piece that was close to the size and style we wanted. he was able to install two days after we Purchased which fit our schedule perfectly. All in all, they gave us excellent and professional service. My only concern was that the price was about 20% too high. Realistically, this installation had no furniture moving, used a one piece remnant with no seams to glue, and had no special cut outs for closets. He gave us fast service and did a good job...for this I gave him an "A". I would use him again, but only if his price was competitive.
Description of Work: Replace carpeting in a 12ft x 14ft empty bedroom, no closets.
