+ 0 moreWe have a bonus space of 600 square feet on second floor. The room has three closets, a laundry space and a large open area. For five years the room had only a plywood sub-floor. Mark came out for an initial visit to measure the room, look at the materials we had purchased and provide us an estimate for cost and time. Mark accommodated our vacation schedule and met the timelines he had defined. The flooring is perfect and the room was left in perfect condition. Mark had a vacuum tool that allowed him to cut the wood in the room without leaving behind saw dust. We are very pleased with his results.
Description of Work: We had already found a clear out sale of pre-finished hardwood flooring, otherwise we would also have ordered from Mark. Mark installed a little over 600 square feet of hardwood. He put a black sheeting under the wood.
