Description of Work: I have use them several times. Once was for broken water pipes and they came out right away and fixed everything perfectly. Next time my air conditioner was out of order they came out the same day I called, got it going. They had to order a part but did get it working until part came in. I have been very satisfied with their service.

Description of Work: I had a new water heater installed by Lon and as always he was so nice and did a great job. I have had Kimplings for years starting in Nov 1976 for hot water heat etc. One tome they got me a boiler when it was 8 below and stayed til 2:00 A.M. so I would have heat. They followed up til job was finished. They are a family business and have some very helpful employees that can answer your questions and tell you how to do things. I will always use them in the future.

 + 0 moreI recommend them very highly. They figured out the problem with my heater immediately. Their pricing is very fair and the pricing on their parts is also very fair. They charge $90 per hour for their labor and they charge that from the time they leave their shop. Their place is only about three minutes from where I live. They are very honest and very reputable. They have been in business since 1920. I will use them in the future.
Description of Work: I use Kimpling to work on my heating and air conditioning. They have also done a little bit of plumbing for me. They were last here to fix my heater.
