Jim was late and was not professional when he arrived. He acted as if we were wasting his time and like he didn't want to be there. It took him almost a week to come fix it. We he left, he left all the doors wide open including the fence to our back yard and our dogs got out.

Excellent. Jim came early. Replaced my old opener. Lubricated the rails and the door work very quietly. I would definitely hire this company again.

Horrible service. They were over 2 1/2 hours late for the appointment then the secretary got snippy because the technician got lost and she wouldn't stop talking long enough for me to give her directions. Very unprofessional.

The spring on my garage door broke in the evening. I called early the next morning and they scheduled the work that afternoon. After replacing both springs, he adjusted the chain and lubricated all flange wheels. He also inspected the entire door. Very fast, excellent work. Will use again and recommend highly.

They were incredibly fast in scheduling and were punctual. He replaced both springs in under an hour! I would absolutely use them again should I need any other repairs to our garage door.

Excellent all around. I heard a loud bang from inside the house, but couldn't identify the source except garage door would no longer open without great strength. This happened on a Friday night. Found Doors and More on Angie's List with good reviews and a local business. Called Saturday morning, very polite and professional woman. She confirmed what I suspected, that the spring broke, and gave me an approximate price. Appointment was scheduled between 12-1 and he arrived about 11:45. As a single female, having a repairman show up in a company shirt, clean clothes, acting professionally and treating me with respect goes a long way. Jim explained the problem, what he was going to replace, and quoted a price. He replaced the spring system with a better version, new cables, and lubed the door. Total was as quoted at $275 and completed in a little over an hour. Would definitely use them again and recommend, especially since they are a local business.

Perfect and on time. Confirmed charges ahead of the work, completed work on time, explained what parts failed, explained why he is using new parts & warranty. Verified that everything with the garage worked smoothly before signing off on the job.

Said it wasn't worth repairing, but had I been able to climb a ladder, I probably would have repaired it myself. Without being able to climb, I agreed to installing a completely new mechanism and wireless remotes. It took the service guy quite a bit longer than he originally estimated, but he held to the original estimate/quoted price. Got new remotes, and an automatic electric eye for anything blocking the door to cause a reversal of direction.

The price was exactly what he said it was going to be. He showed up on time. Everything was very good. He also hauled away all the old stuff and I didn't have to mess with anything. He got the job done in less than an hour.
