Michael did everything he promised us he would including set up and testing of the new machine with the computer's main user to be sure that the transition from old to new was seamless Our Local couldn't be happier with the product and services we received from Michael Crusier!

My stepson was looking for a new desktop computer, and I suggested he purchase from Michael instead purchasing from the major computer company he had used in the past. Michael supplied a major computer brand and delivered it when promised. He would have moved all of the files and set up the system had my stepson requested it. We are again very pleased with product and service we received from Michael Cruiser.

Not long after my husband drowned his laptop, my old laptop crashed. We did not hesitate to call Mike. He explained that it was not going to be quick, easy, or inexpensive to fix it. The laptop was old, the battery would no longer charge so I was having to use it plugged in all the time. Plus several keys on the keyboard no longer worked as they should. All said and done, it was going to be more economical to get a new laptop! Since the laptop he sold my husband is such a good machine, and the price was right we decided to get another one just like it. He already had one on hand since he had ordered more than one when he ordered my husband's. So within a couple days he delivered it to our home and set it up with our printer. There are now two happy campers in our house again! He will definitely go the extra mile to see that you are happy. I would definitely recommend him if you are needing a computer tech!
