We met him at a home show and my nephew recommended him. We introduced him to all of our insurance agents. He came in and started remodeling. He did not share any blueprints. He was never at the house when we stopped by. The only time we saw him was when he was paid from our insurance company. He didn't paint any of the ceilings in the house. He put on cheap thin doors. He rigged the remodel the way he wanted it done. They did a bad job on our ceramic tiles in the bathroom. The tiles were cracking really bad, we had to pay someone to fix it. We have a lot of gaps on the side of the wall where the house is settling. There is so much that he didn't finish. The basement was supposed to be finished, but he never finished it. We have wires and outlets hanging everywhere. He just tucked everything up in the ceiling and left. He took all the extra panels, drywall, screws, and everything we had extra. We had to buy the screen doors ourself. He didn't spend any of the money he was supposed to on the house from the insurance agency. We had to purchase all the light fixtures ourselves. He did a horrible job on our back deck. The house was not finished when we moved back in. He even offered to pay my daughter to finish painting the house.
