+ -1 moreBoth gentlemen were very friendly, nice and polite. One gentleman was a smoker, but he picked up all his butts before he left and did not smoke in either the truck, the house or near anyone. I found this remarkable and would like to be able to say thank you personally. The initial quote for the job was also very well done. The person that came out was professional, showed up on time, and explained all steps (including why the basement was leaking and how they would fix it). Over-all I would highly recommend B-Dry to anyone.
Description of Work: The basement was leaking around the joint between the wall and foundation. A trench was created and a pipe laid to drain water to the sump pump to be pushed back outside.

Description of Work: Installed a basement de-watering system. The process was on schedule from the initial appointment to get a quote to the schedule and on-time completion of the project. This is the second house that B-Dry has done for me and the work has been first rate both times.

+ -1 moreThe system they installed prevents ground water to come up through the floors and redirect water to a main sump pump that they installed as well. We haven't had any water problems in our basement since installation of this system and they provide a lifetime warranty for your basement to stay dry, a warranty that is even transferable when the home is sold. The work was done in a total of two days by 3 or 4 people. The work was done satisfactory, the crew cleaned up after themselves and used cardboard on the floor to minimize dirt and dust from spreading when entering and leaving the home. People were great to work with, and received an informal in house estimate that was done very professionally.
Description of Work: Installed a d-watering system in our basement.
