+ -1 moreWe moved into our new home just 6 months ago. At my former residence I had bi-annual maintence done, but I didn't know of any local providers. A month ago, my friend had a significant air conditioning emergency and Robert took care of the problem for her quickly, expertly, and at a fair price. So, when I noticed that my outdoor unit was running continually but nothing worked in the house I called Robert at R&S. I work full time and go to school part time, so waiting at home during the week is not an option! I called Robert to see if he could come on Saturday (the next day). Imagine my surprise when not only did he say "yes", but he also let me know that he doesn't charge extra for Saturdays! Only 36 hours passed from the time I contacted Robert and the time that my airconditioning dilemma was resolved! I immediately retained his services for ongoing maintenance!
Description of Work: Capacitor and Contactor replaced, refridgerant added.

+ 1 moreRobert was punctual, very knowledgeable gives you different options depending on your budget. I would highly recommend R&S for commercial and residential work.
Description of Work: We installed an on demand water heater (navien) in August of 2010. A different plumber did the work for us. We noticed problems with our water heater in June, 2011. The water was not heating up to the temperature we had set up. Called the plumber who installed it. Took three days to come check the unit. Was not sure he could fix the problem. Promised to come back the next day with info. We have yet to hear from him. R&S has done work for us on our commercial properties. Called Robert to ask if he would help us out. He was at our home the next morning. He could not fix the problem because the control panel was shot. Called the manufacturer and had them ship a new unit. The new system was installed the next day. He made sure his expenses were covered by the manufacturer.
