Description of Work: REMOVAL OF EXISTING BED OF MULCH AND INSTALLATION OF NEW TOP SOIL, FERTILIZER 2000 SQ FT OF SOD. BEDDING OF EXISTING FLOWER BED AND INSTALLATION OF MULCH.
