We were very pleased with them and we would recommend them to other members. Their bid came in at a very reasonable bid. I am not crazy about the quality or the material they used, but I think they were honest with me I just did not realize. Their price was good. The workers themselves were excellent; they were hard working and would pick up after themselves.

Provider never responded to my request for a proposal on a large fence project; apparently has no interest in growing his business.

SP replaced some posts on a wooden fence and repaired some portions of an iron fence that had sunk. The repairs were done on time but more than the price they quoted. They claimed that one post was difficult to get to, thus the higher charge. I would have thought that they would have considered this when they quoted the work. The repairs were okay but not great. I won't likely use them again.

Everything went well. They were very friendly, did the work as promised, and didn't try to sell unnecessary services which we appreciated. Furthermore, they did a good job for a reasonable price.

They damaged my sprinkler heads that weren't near my fence. They were snobby about the broken sprinklers and didn't fix them. Their attitude about the broken sprinklers was just terrible.

They were excellent. They came over right away and were very professional. The repair was excellent at a fair price.

It was an excellent experience. The sales person was more than happy to answer any questions that I had, the crew arrived on time, and they did a beautiful job with the new fence. Also, they were the only company, of the five that were willing to pull a permit, to provide an estimate. They were also willing to match prices of competitors.

It was an extensive job, but the gentleman completed everything in a timely manner. Furthermore, he did excellent work for a reasonable price, and the project went very smoothly.

They came on the day promissed, and did a great job. There were a couple of minor issues, I brought it to their attention and they came out and fixed them. They never asked for the second half of the money until I was totally satisfied. Good work guys!

We needed a fence on a short time frame based on our dog. Sp came out and provided an estimate the same day and had the fence up within 7-10 days. Very good communication, work order and payment process (Google Pay).

Due to the project being a custom design, we contacted SP Fence based on other reviews. They were wonderful to work with through the sales and design process and their prices were fair (considering the effort involved!). The design included horizontal slats and graduated from 4' high to 6' high and runs the buildable length of the two property lines we share with neighbors (we're on a corner lot). The team from SP fence was very good at regularly communicating where we were in the process and took their time to do the work right. Our project manager, Carl, was meticulous about selecting the right wood and would not use warped or sub-par boards...it meant the project took longer than originally thought but we don't mind - we'd rather have it done right than fast! The final outcome is fantastic - our fence looks great...even better than we imagined it!

Overall, they were quick, professional, and cheap. However, I had to nail planks back in because the company used the incorrect nails.

The quality of the fence was good, and the price was reasonable.

I called on 9/2 for an estimate and Sergey from SP came out the same day to quote the work. He provided a detailed written quote with itemized costs for take down, haul away and options for new fencing including privacy and shadow-box styles constructed of either pine or cedar. Sergey was knowledgeable and took time to explain the details and answer my questions. I accepted the contract provided a 50% deposit and plat of survey of my property on 9/13. SP immediately applied for a permit from Dupage County and the permit was granted two days later on 9/23. SP called 3 days later on 9/21 to inform me that they would be out the next day for installation. A one man crew came out on 9/22 and complete the work as I expected. The workmanship was very good. The fence is nice and straight and looks great. All remnants and old fencing was removed, The work site was left clean. Overall SP was quick to respond and did a great job following through with the work.. I was pleased that the whole process, deposit-permit-install complete, took less than two weeks.
