Rob completed all work including fixing a plumbing leak, and several other replacement and maintenance jobs. Everything was done very well at a fair price!

Wyatt who installed the fan was courteous and did a great job. Rob was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions when I scheduled the installation.

Daniel did an excellent job to replace my door frame, he explained how he did the job and charged reasonable definitely will hire again

Daniel from Silver Hammer Construction did an excellent job. After getting a leaky window following our nasty winter weather, I felt like no one, my HOA or insurance, was being very helpful. Daniel was helpful and reassuring and did excellent and prompt work identifying the problem. It shocked me to be able to work on it the next day. It took two days to complete the repairs, and the work was well done. My window issue has been fixed. I appreciate all the work Daniel did to explain things to me and his quality of work as well. And the service was affordable and didn't break the bank.

They repaired some exterior trim on windows as well as repairs on a garden shed. I worked with Robert on the quote. He was also on site during the execution and inspected the work after completion. They came out today and repaired a hole that a animal created on the soffit. The workmanship was great, it completely matches what was there. I would hire them again and highly recommend.

It was terrible. Robert hired a random 3rd party contractor who didn’t have the right tools or parts. What’s more, Robert left without finishing the job and had us without working appliance for 4 days. He was tough to contact and work with. Would not recommend or hire ever again. I had to hire someone else to fix his mess. Angi provided a bad recommendation.

Excellent! Silver Hammer Home Services, Inc. did a fantastic job from start to finish. Arrived on time, came prepared with all materials necessary, completed the projects and cleaned up all work areas. Invoice was detailed with work done and amount matched estimate. I am so happy with this company that I plan to hire them for remodeling jobs (3) later this year. Again, excellent work!

He was a no-show for an appointment for an estimate. I shredded the check for $75, which he now charges for an estimate. He made it clear in setting up the appointment that if he's hired the $75 is subtracted from the bill.

Hired them to patch a hole under the siding of our house that was letting critters into our basement. They did a super professional job and I am 100% satisfied. Would hire again for sure.

Claimed deal for 2 hrs handyman services. Initial response was quick. I actually had enough work to total 4 hrs, which I couldn't afford, so I requested what could be done in the 2 hr offer. He messaged me once with when they would be in the area. I told him what day would be best, and it's been the sound of crickets ever since. No response to texts, no response to phone calls. I attempted several times, but got no answer. Not the way I was taught to do business. Had to get another service to do the projects. Would not recommend. Not in the least professional. If you look at overall reviews, you will see there are about 15-20% unhappy customers for the same reason. I should have done my research, but I have never had a problem with vendors on Angie's list. Maybe new owners are not as thorough.

It went well. Robert helped us quickly diagnose the issue and offered multiple solutions. Refrigerator now is making ice and has water dispense.

I can't say enough good things about Silver Hammer and Clint. He really helped us out completing a bathroom project that was left in a very bad condition from the previous contractor, Rustiko Builders. They got the job completed within a few weeks and did an awesome job. Thank you guys!!

Robert and his team were excellent. I had a long list of various things that needed attention, from replacing electrical outlets to repairing rotted cedar fence posts. Called Robert and was able to talk with him right away. Sent him over a list and he got back to me with a pretty detailed---and very reasonable---quote. Everybody on his team was knowledgable and did great work. We've already scheduled the next round and will certainly use Silver Hammer more often going forward.
