+ -1 moreAs I mentioned,it turned out there was an underlying issue we were not aware of when I first brought the computer in.I just wanted windows re-installed.After returning the computer to me I discovered the computer actually had a seperate problem.I returned the computer & Tom Sherlock took care of it for me.He always call to inform of progress or if there is an additional cost.Which I really appreciate.I feel very comfortable working with Sherlock computer.It would be easy for someone to take advantage of someone who does not know a lot about computers.Total professional.I cannot recomend high enough
Description of Work: Was having trouble with my wifes laptop computer.As it turns out there was more then one issue.Not being very computer wise.I appreciated the time That Tom Sherlock spent explaining things to me.I had a lot of question and he had no problem taking time to sort things out for me.
