PROFESSIONAL FENCE REPAIR

Had a hard time finding a contractor that would/could replace my broken fence post. It is oversized and several places couldn't get the material. Professional Fence Repair took care of the job at a very fair price. Results were excellent.

Sue contacted me within 24 hours. I provided photos and Armando (for whom no problem was a problem) came and estimated. Came back on time (Which was the day after tornadoes) fixed original issue with back-gate and post AND fixed storm damage with another 3 posts on that day. Armando was terrific and I would strongly recommend this company.

There were parts of our chainlink fence that needed repair. They replaced a few sections of top rail, re-stretched our chainlink mesh, and replaced the chainlink in areas where it was needed. The services they provided saved us from having to replacing the whole fence. This company stands behind the quality of their work. We had some concerns about the initial repairs they made but after addressing our concerns to James. He was able to send his crew back and make the necessary adjustments.

Work was done on time and as expected. Good work.

A few days after receiving the estimate, my partner woke up to find two employees working in our yard. He immediately let them know we hadn't authorized the work. The employees were disgusted and said, "It's not the first time this has happened." I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. AVOID THIS COMPANY. **Update** Their attorney Megan Harris contacted us on 9/14/17 and said "to avoid ligation" we had to withdraw our BBB complaint (fortunately for consumers, that can't be done) and pay -- even though the company had not seemingly complied with the Illinois Home Repair and Remodeling Law (815 ILCS 513) which requires signed contracts for jobs over $1,000. Again, I strongly urge potential customers to stay away from this company unless they, too, want to be victimized by unfair and unethical business practices.

Very pleased. They matched the look of the neighbors existing fence. Gates are hung nicely and operate smoothly. Would definitely use them again.

Everything went as planned and they even leveled the fence door which was not something I was aware had an issue. It works better now. I am need for fence services again. This time it is on a different side of my property and may require an entire replacement. I was pleased enough the first time and now have reached out them again.

Excellent service. They were able to mark the specific posts that needed to be repaired and provide a quote within a day or two of my contacting them. After we decided to go ahead with the repairs they arrived with a day or so and performed them.

We had to wait 12 weeks for the work to be started due to other jobs ahead of us and the weather. They arrived when they said they would. They did a good job. The fence is nice and tight now and we are very happy how it turned out though they left clods of dirt and cement which we had to get rid of.

I had originally contact Professional Fence Repair to provide a quote for (2) fence posts that had broken during the high wind storm in November. They promptly provided a quote and advised estimated day for repair. In the meantime, another section of my fence blew down the following week due to another high wind storm. Unfortunately, Mother Nature dumped over 8" of snow and the posts could not be done. Professional Fence did come to my house as soon as the weather permitted and with snow still on the ground completed the job perfectly. I was quite impressed with this company and the service they provided.

All the people I dealt with were pleasant and courteous. Called up and set a time for an estimate. Owner came out and did the estimate in a few days. The crew came out about a week or so later and did a great job. Reasonable price. This went very well and will call them again when fence needs repair.

They were fantastic. I was not here when they did the work but they did a great job. It's very sturdy. The communication with the company was excellent. They were very helpful with what we need to have done so when I came later that day back home, they'd come out, gotten the work done and everything went well.

My fence has been in place for years and had been damaged in several places by falling limbs or animals and the post for one gate had corroded until it broke at ground level. Other gates were not opening easily. The owner, Jim, responded quickly to my request for an estimate. In fact, he informed me that he would be in my area on a weekend day and offered to stop by and do the estimate. I was so pleased to find a company specifically focused on the repair of fence, not pushing me to replace the fence, which I wouldn't be able to afford. The price was great and I agreed to have Professional Fence Repair do the work. However, because I was having major work done that required large machinery to be operated near my fence, I postponed the repair until after the other job was completed, which I thought would be a few weeks. It turned out that I wasn't ready for the fence repair until six months later, but Jim honored the original estimate. Once scheduled, the crew came on time, replaced several sections of chain link and top rail and replaced the broken gate post. Other gates were adjusted to work well. I asked whether they could also remove a gate that was not needed and they agreed to do so at a small additional price. The work was excellent and the results just what was needed. Everyone I had any dealing with was polite and helpful. If you need a repair, not a new fence, this is the place to call.

Professional Fence Repair is a wonderful company to work with. Jim came out to look at our fence and his wife called back with a price all within a few days of our first contact. They were very courteous and answered all of our questions. It really is nice to be able to call and get a and quot;liveand quot; person instead of just leaving a message. After we placed the order it took less than two weeks for them to come and install it. Professional Fence Repair is a company that is not afraid of handling the smaller jobs and make you feel good when you place that order. The workers were very neat and they did an excellent job with the installation to a brown vinyl chain link fence almost 30 years old. We would gladly hire them again.

I give them a big "A". They are so customer focused. There initial visit was not planned but the fence was repaired and looks great. They did install the rear gate in the wrong part of the fence, but came out and installed it in the correct area. I got two gates out the deal. I rate them high for customer service, all I ask is that they inform when coming out. i would use them in the future.

Great company to work with, from the first phone call to set up estimate, to Jim Harris providing multiple options on the estimate, to the actual repair. Hard working crew. They even tested drain pipe to make sure it was not leaking into post holes and used extra cement on all posts as requested.
