the beauty ring on one of the grab bars has popped off. I called Chris and they were supposed to come out in two days to fix it.a week later and still havenâ t had it fixed. important to me,not to them.

They profiled their obligation and paid me the $3000 back.

Awesome experience. They were timely, professional, transparent about pricing, and their install went flawlessly. I could not recommend them more! We got a new shower with their marble Bella Stone product and a frameless glass door. I cannot believe how amazing it looks. My husband and I are absolutely smitten with how good it looks! The entire process was much smoother than what Iâ ve had to deal with in the past with other companies. Premier HomePros was professional, on time when they showed up at my house and they were enjoyable to interact with in general. I moved into my home about a year ago and we have been talking about wanting to remodel of the bathroom but always thought it was out of our budget. Premier Home pros was fantastic from start to finish. They have plenty of options and no high pressure sales or games. We were able to Get approved for 12 months 0% interest which made it possible to do it this year. Install took about 2.5 days and it looks amazing! They also installed at my mother-In-laws house. Would definitely recommend.
