My husband spoke with two different salesmen on two different days, and was highly impressed with both their knowledge, expertise, and years in the business. They answered every single question I had (and there were many!) completely and with absolutely no high pressure sales tactics. They even honored a competitor's coupon. The project was scheduled and executed in a timely manner (within 2 weeks) and with no issues. We both felt comfortable that we knew exactly what we were getting, and we are so pleased with our selection. We are getting so much use out of our new set, it's so easy to turn on and off, and it is warm and so realistic looking!
Description of Work: My husband and I wanted to convert our wood burning fireplace to a realistic, vented gas log set.

+ -1 moreI added a new addition to my house and the old vent system was removed. Russ came out to the house twice to help reconfigure the new venting (Once before the addition was done and the second time after the addition). This was a very challenging process due to the requirements and location. Once we figured out the vent run and the best location, he brought in an excellent installer who completed the job in about 3 hours. Once completed he did a service call and cleaned the system. Very easy to work with and very happy with the fireplace.
