Description of Work: We had water damage in our basement from a leaking pipe. Plus seepage from the ground after a lot of rainstorms. It was very damp and mold started within two days. We contacted Paul who came out and assessed our situation and immediately began taking measurements of the dampness in the walls and floor. Paul explained everything about mold and the products on the market that don't do a good job with porous surfaces. He brought in heavy duty dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the area for about a week or so. He then took two to three days for mold remediation and installed a device called humidex. We let him have the house for a week. We had some questions after we returned. Paul came right out and answered everything and made sure we were pleased with the outcome. Now when we enter the house, we no longer have that musty smell coming from the basement. I would recommend Paul to anyone with a mold problem. Now we have to address the seepage and drainage issues.

+ -1 moreestimate was provided plus received promotional offer to clean another chair for free. Schedule appointment date and then came when they told me they would and the results were excellent. I scheduled the estimate for a Saturday morning and they arrived exactly on schedule no waiting and they did the work they promised. Would use again for future work.
