Description of Work: We paid in advance for 4 visits for snowplowing. The company had agreed to plow or clear our driveway, shovel the front steps and walkway and shovel the sidewalk from our home to the corner. The ran so late the second visit that the driveway had to be shoveled by hand. The third time, there wasn't a lot of snow, but I asked them to shovel anyway. They came 12 hours late, at night, saying their truck had broken down. They barely shoveled at all, piling snow between my car on the driveway and garage door, rather than over to the sides, making it impossible to pull into the garage or go backwards easily. The owner promised to come out the next day and re-shovel but never showed up. He also did not respond to my request for a refund for the last plowing paid for ahead of time. We now realize we should not have paid in advance. Because of how this company handled us, we feel taken advantage of. We cannot recommend anyone use this company. We also will not use them again for blacktopping.

+ -1 moreWhen we had to look for someone new to plow our drive, very few businesses even returned our call(s). T Wallace called early one Saturday morning, an hour later we had a very reasonable quote which we accepted. Plowing was done in a timely fashion. The workers also shoveled our walkway and front steps. We were very happy with this company and have contracted to have them re-do our driveway this summer.
Description of Work: Contracted to plow driveway when snowfall measured over 2''.
