I was experiencing a gurgling toilet after taking a shower. My septic tank had not been pumped in a long time (10+ years) and the solid waste was overflowing the internal baffle in my tank creating a restriction. Once the weather was warm enough, Kelly's called me up and came right over. They located the tank and pumped out the waste. The serviceman advised me to the have the tank pumped out more often and to use RidX on a monthly basis. There were no issues and the Men were very helpful and professional.

Investigated cause of drain back up. They found that the pipe from the home to the septic tank had broken about six inches from the house. The septic tank was also at a high level for being pumped out about 12 months previously. They asked if I would like them to check the junction boxes to ensure the septic field was OK. They found a blockage at the first junction and the septic field was dry beyond that indicating a lack of use. They quoted me a price for replacing the pipe and the first junction box, vacuuming the septic tanks and power cleaning of all legs of the field (8 legs in all). The quoted price is exactly what I paid and the work was done within 1 day. They replaced the pipe from the house and vacuumed out the tank so that my family could use the bathroom as well as shower before quitting for the day after dark. They came back the next day and completed the work. They would not accept the check until the work was complete and despite replacing an additional junction box, would not take more than the quote. They were professional, courteous, honest and friendly. My only negative, I cannot call it a complaint, was they told me they would be there around 11AM and didn't make it until 1PM or so. It was explained that they had to finish up one job that was taking longer than expected. After seeing that they go the extra mile to make sure you are happy I was a lot more forgiving. I will continue doing business with Kelly as long as they are around.

They have always been very prompt and done a great job. They have reasonable prices. We have used them several times and we have found that they are so much more professional and reasonable than typical companies in this line of work. We called them on a Sunday and they were here promptly on Monday to do a septic tank cleaning and sewer rodding. They have always been very satisfactory and reasonable.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH KELLEY'S. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HELPFUL AND HONEST. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW PUMP, BUT ALL I NEEDED WAS A NEW FUSE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND SAVED US A LOT OF MONEY.
