Mike specializes in generators and demonstrates his skill and concern for quality and value. This is the second time he has done the annual service for us.

I was very happy with them. They finished in one day and scheduled a final walk through at my convenience.

Mike was excellent to do business with. He was not the cheapest quote. However the work his team did proved they were worth it. Personally I like to see craftsmen doing their trade. Very nicely done

I tried to give the work to local shops. One (Unique Home Comfort) gave me a quote of $17k and then TopTec gave me a quote of $12k. Mikus came in at under $8k for the same generator (Generac 220k with cold weather package, aluminum shell, and indoor monitor). They were easy to work with, handled the town bureaucrats and the gas company. Smooth installation and great quality of customer service.

Mike did an amazing job for us and I would highly recommend him. First, he was very helpful when we were soliciting quotes -- he came out to the house, was very friendly, and answered all our questions. Next, he did a quality installation job and went above and beyond in providing great customer service (e.g., working with our village to get a preferred install location approved). We had other work we discussed with Mike that we needed performed for him to do first but he was not interested and didn't even want to discuss it sat silenced and left and didn't hear from him.
