As a single, female homeowner who in the past has been taking advantage of I appreciated his honesty and was educated on several preventative measures or issues with my garage door opener to look out for in the future. He was not pushy and informed me on the proper ways to lift my extremely heavy door. I would highly recommend him. And if I have another problem will definitely hire him again.

EDM Garage Door was great. They email and text you about your appointment and call you when they are close to arriving. Eli arrived in the first hour of the appointment time window. He is a very knowledgeable technician. Eli is friendly, polite, approachable for additional concerns/questions while working. He was very efficient was his time, replaced a broken spring and took care of some additional parts that was worn down from everyday use. There pricing is very reasonable, I will definitely hire them again

Eli installed my new garage door opener. After the installation, Eli walked me through how use my garage door openers and explained the installation process.
