Eli was very professional, I enjoyed working with during this install.

I cannot express how satisfying it is to find a company that values customer service as much as Eli from EDM Garage Doors does. Sears wanted to charge me over $2k to fix my door and EDM came and fixed it for a very affordable price the next day. Removed the Sears sticker from the garage immediately after Eli saved my wallet!!! If you need your garage door fixed, call EDM first to have them take a look. You will not be disappointed for what you get.

Garage doors spring broke Saturday night. I went on Angieâ s List and they called me that same night came out first thing Sunday morning. He went over everything he did. He showed me how to maintain my garage door. Everything was great. I would definitely hire them again.

Great job. Fair, honest quote was give to resolve my issue. To allow me to shop around and compare their offer to others, EDM even temporarily patched my garage door so that we could use it while I decided. I did decide to hire them, so they came back the next day and made the fix permanent. Cost for the temporary patch was deducted from the final bill.

Our garage door opener flashed an error message, and I knew it was not good. The spring needed to be replaced. I dreaded this as too prior companies I had hired left me with some doubts about the repair/replacement. EDM called me and provided a very reasonable quote. Better still, they were on site a few hours later. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue as well as educated me on how the door should properly operate in conjunction with the door opener and how to trouble the issue. He had the door up and running in a very reasonable time. He advised me on purchasing a new garage door opener without any pressure. The technician was extremely polite and professional throughout. I am more than pleased with the service and education offered. I will definitely use EDM in the future.
