Eli was professional. He explained what the job entails and let me know up front what the cost is. He fixed the door in a jiffy and fixed it right the first time and explained after what is going on with the door and what is needed to keep the door in tip top shape. Made the job look so easy. Will hire again next time I need help with my garage doors.
