Scheduled same day that I called. Arrived on-time, inspected scope of work and fully explained what needed to be done. Completed job quickly. Very professional.

Moses was very helpful and thorough in diagnosing and correcting an issue with my opener that another vendor was quick to write off as a replacement needed. He also made some recommendations for preventative care and maintenance going forward. I will be using EDM going forward as my first call for garage door issues.

Ell and his team were awesome. Very prompt, professional, and most importantly integrity. The bottom panel had a small dent from manufacturer. I would never of noticed but they brought it to my attention immediately. They finished the job with the dented panel and had already contacted the manufacturer for a replacement. When I went to pay the balance Eli told me I didnâ t have to pay until new panel installed. Surprise he was there the next day and replaced the panel!! Great guys

Mr.Moses has great interpersonal skills, he evaluated what we had, then explain to us that it was not the best. He then explain to us what the best product was and why. He then gave us the price for both, and left it up to us to decide. Mr. Moses had the job done in know time. We are glad that EDM Garage Doors was the ones that came and will call them in the future. If you have problems with your garage door call them first.

Moses came to my house and readjusted our garage door because it was making noises. He is very knowledgeable, and I would definitely recommend him and use his services in the future!
