Shady so-called business. 1. We had a quote for complete HVAC system (furnace & a/c) from another installer, but Gary cautioned us against that installer telling us that they most likely miss this and that during installation and ignore and omit some tests, and we were impressed by his "help." He promised us the price, then he charged my card us $400 more siting tax, but his receipt listed no tax, just the same subtotal and total, so it was a scam, but the job was done, and I had to pay, but that was not the worst offense. 2. He installed the system in October, and he could not test the a/c due to the cold weather, and he promised to come back in the spring and set up and adjust the a/c, but I have been trying to find/contact him for a week (4 phone texts, 3 e-mails, and 2 voice messages), but he disappeared, and it is 77-84 degrees and sunny outside and very hot inside. If he is busy, just say so; I am a big boy, and I understand. I had to hire a different company to check and set up our a/c. 3. I realize now that it was my own fault that I did not do my homework and did not check his credentials (no Google reviews and other evidence of spotty records). If this is not scam, what is?

Badly. Boiler leaked from day one. Had tech. come back, misdiagnosed problem. Had another company come in, explain what was done wrong( does not even meet code). They want $567.00 to fix. Do not trust this company to correct problem. All I want is a refund of the 556.00 in labor.

Airwise did an excellent job.  They were friendly and professional.  The original gas valve on my 30 year old boiler went out, and we woke up to a cold November morning.  Airwise was available to come that day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and, when they found they didn't have the item in stock, went out of their way to go pick up the item that day, so we could have heat, at no extra charge.  I should also mention this was on a weekend, and there was still no overtime or additional charge.  Boiler was fixed, problem and solution was fully explained in layman's terms, and price was significantly lower than the competition.  Very satisfied.  I will definitely be using them for any future problems/maintenance, as well as when the boiler eventually needs to be replaced.

It was good. They give good service.

My heater was not working properly and we had water draining from the furnace. We called in AirWise and they came out right away. They found that our secondary heat exchange hose was cracked through.They explained everything to us and showed us where the hose was broken.  They replaced the hose to hold us over to the next day so we would have heat over night. They made sure we had heat before they left. We decided to replace the furnace since it was old. They promptly came back the next day to replace the furnace.

Our overall experience was excellent. We had heat the next day and were very pleased with their professionalism. They removed the old furnace and when they left you would never know that they were even there. We would highly recommend them to all.
