Description of Work: I did not used ULB DRY WATERPROOFING, INC. ULB DRY inspected and provided me with an estimate of what they could do to eliminate the water seepage in my basement. What they propose to do seemed reasonable but the price was just too high for me.

Description of Work: Ulb-Dry Waterproofing Inc has said that they can’t come out and look at the my drainage pipe until it has rained in Chicago. There has not been any rain for the last month so he will not come out. All I needed was if for him to reroute a drainpipe so the I want a refund.

Description of Work: Plugged a crack in the foundation of my house. I had 4 other quotes regarding my water seepage problem. 3 of the other potential providers immediately suggested drain tile without spending much time diagnosing the problem. The 4th spent a sufficient amount of time diagnosing and suggested drain tile as the solution. I wasn't opposed to drain tile, but I didn't want to undertake such a major repair without a diagnosis I felt comfortable with. |Walter noticed a crack in the foundation that I hadn't noticed, and he suggested a couple of solutions, one more extensive than the other. I chose the crack repair. I haven't had any water seepage in that area in the past 10 months so it seems that the repair addressed the problem. That saved me the cost and annoyance of drain tile installation!
