Description of Work: I had two storm doors on our house and the entry door on our garage replaced. It went well. The workers came on time, they were very thorough and polite and cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: Barry came out for the estimate and was great to work with. Dave and his crew came out and They Replaced 5 windows with new ones. We had a very difficult job with a garden window that was separating from the house. Dave installed a double casement window and did a great job. We were very pleased overall and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We had 9 of the original windows in our house replaced. We had wonderful service, from the original phone call, the estimate, the two installers ,and the service repair man that came later for a small problem. All the work was finished on one chilly day. The installers, we prompt, friendly and answered any questions that we had. They protected anything in the house that needed some extra protection. If something needed to be moved, they put it back after they were finished. You don't see too many installers with smiles on their faces , these two installers did. Was a joy having them here. You could really tell that they knew what they were doing. When they were done, they cleaned up everything that needed to be cleaned up. They even removed the sticky labels on each window. We had a minor problem and the one service man/ truck came soon after being called and did the minor repair in his truck. He was great also. We would definitely use this company again. Just plain wonderful service all the way around. ( even the office person)

Description of Work: ThermalCraft replaced three windows, including the frames, in our town home. two of the replaced windows had been cracked; the third was just old. The person who came to do the free estimate, and both of the people who came to do the actual removal of old windows and installation of new ones, were all friendly, courteous, and professional. They did an excellent job of preparing the areas with drop cloths, a quilt in the front hall since it was rainy out, etc., and they thoroughly cleaned up afterwards, even vacuuming the carpets under the new windows. We are very pleased with these new windows/frames. Easy to operate, easy to clean inside and out, attractive, and snug. Their price might be very competitive; having no recent experience with such things, I don't know - perhaps the price grade should be an A. The only reason I gave them a B in Responsiveness is that I needed an afternoon appointment time, & I really had to argue/press them for it, which was not pleasant. The person I spoke with finally agreed to "give" us a "sometime-after-12 noon' appointment, but then knocked at our door at 11:45 :-/. Two workers came, and in less than 4 hours they had finished and left.

Description of Work: Very professional and responsible from the very beginning. Called when they said they would call and arrived when they said they would arrived. Estimated it would take 2 days to complete install of 23 windows and they had it done in a day and a half.

Description of Work: Patrick came by to give me an estimate on repairing my 2 1/2 car garage. I needed new siding, new soffit and facia installed along with a complete roof tear off and replacement. Patrick gave me a fair estimate on the re-siding and soffit/facia, but indicated that Thermalcraft did not do roofing. He did however give me a really good estimate on what the roofing work should cost. Thermalcraft installed windows around my home in the past, and did a really great job. But I chose to go with someone who could do all of the garage work at one time. I would not hesitate to call Thermalcraft for other work I may need on my home in

Description of Work: It was a toss up between this company and the one we chose. Presentation was very good, professional etc but the price was higher for the same product, so we chose the competitor.

Description of Work: We had 18 windows replaced, some were triples some were doubles. These were casement windows. I didn't think I could love a window but these are beautiful. The service was terrific. One window was broken during installment. Instead of trying to fix the window pane, they replace the whole window at no extra charge. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. We are planning to replace more windows as they make the house look so great and are a real pleasure to open and close. We originally had Norco windows which aged badly (screens smelled when warm). We now have Marvin and will getting Marvin in the future. An all around terrific company .

Description of Work: I got an estimate from Jim, the owner of ThermalCraft for windows, entry doors and gutters. The price was very fair (and better than another highly referred company for virtually the same window product). The presentation and follow up was terrific, however, we decided on a different company purely because we like their particular window product better. We're still considering entry doors and gutters.

Description of Work: I have used Thermalcraft before for my window replacement so I called them to do my siding. Barry came out on time, gave me a great estimate, but was so very busy that he couldn't get to the job for at least 7-8 weeks. Since I didn't want to chance doing my siding in December, I passed on using him. But I do appreciate his honesty and would call him again in the future.

Description of Work: James Nelligan of Thermalcraft came very soon after my call to give me an estimate for replacement windows and a door. He was thorough, answered all my questions and gave me a quote on the spot. The price seemed good although I don't have equivalent quotes for comparison. We did not chose to continue with his company because we did not feel the product, vinyl windows and a steel door, were appropriate materials for our 90 year old house. However, in other circumstances we would certainly consider his company's services.

Description of Work: Replaced 21 wood windows with replacement windows, 7 casements and 12 double hungs. Old window sills were rotten so required re-framing as well. Workers were great. All work was done within a few day, at a great price. Love the new windows.

Description of Work: We replaced 21 wood windows with vinyl, combination double hung and casement. The workers could not have been more professional. They finished in 2 days, 2 hours. They were on time cleaned up. I would recommend them to anyone! I love the quality of he windows and the workmanship of the install as well.
