Description of Work: Installed new screen door. We were very happy with the quality of work. No mess afterwards and the old door was hauled away.

Description of Work: ThermalCraft replaced all my windows, front door w/ screen, garage entry door, and sliding patio door. Out of all the vendors I screened, ThermalCraft was the most reasonably priced, professional, and paid more attention to the small details that count than any one else! Materials came in reasonable amount of time and installation was painless. Thanks guys!

Description of Work: We had Thermalcraft install half the windows in our house - planning to do the other half next year. These guys are amazing to work with. We chose them based on their good ratings from Angie's list and we are so glad we did. We had an unusual situation where we had some rotted out wood inside our walls from the old windows and these guys, in addition to replacing our windows, replaced the boards for a very fair price. Way above and beyond what a window repair company is required to do. They are fast, and efficient, and we are so happy with our new windows. These guys took the time to answer all our questions and were so patient with us throughout the whole process and they are also priced well! We will be going with Thermalcraft for the rest of our installs and our siding in the future as well. You will not regret working with this company!

Description of Work: Installation of a new front door. It was the dead of winter, but the installers were able to complete the project with very little discomfort (i.e. coldness) to us.

Description of Work: I had Barry come out and price installation of 20+ windows plus a sliding glass door. I was so impressed with his professionalism. He was not a pushy salesman at all and just laid it out easy for us to understand.

Description of Work: This is the 3rd time we have had Thermalcraft do a job for us - in this case, replacing an old side entry door in our garage. They do a great job and they have the best prices. (I believe this job was approx $1300 for the door, installation, fixing the decrepit areas around the door, and removing the old stuff.)

Description of Work: I tried a few local places to replace a back door to my husband's brother's house. Couldn't even get a price--not helpful at all. Found Thermacraft on Angie's List--called them. They were very responsive to our needs, came out when they said they would, made the door, installed on schedule. Very reliable company. Door is great. I would use them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: ThermalCraft replaced an outdoor basement walkout door for me and they also replaced two old storm doors. It was a good but not perfect experience. They were quick, courteous, prompt, and professional. But I did call after to see why one of the storm doors didn't look like it had caulk around it like the other two doors. We played one round of phone tag, but they didn't follow up. I didn't either, so it's partially my fault, but if it were my own business, I'd have followed up with more than one message. Also, one of the storm doors has a gap where it closes, making it less weather proof; it lets in a lot of cold air. And, when they installed the basement walkout door, it turned out their frame was slightly larger than the previous door, making it so that they had to pull the acoustic tile off of the dropped duct on the ceiling of the basement in order for the door to open and close without hitting that part of the ceiling. While I see that this was inevitable, I wish I'd known in advance and I could have considered other options. Now I have a duct in my basement with a big chunk of acoustic tile just pulled off of it, so it looks broken and unfinished. My basement isn't exactly beautiful, but it's still annoying. I'd think they would have known that newer doors might have slightly different dimensions than doors from the 50s. As a layperson, on the other hand, I would not know of such differences.

Description of Work: We bought a storm door. When they were installing it they noticed it came out of the box with a scratch by the handle. They ordered us a replacement door and let us use the scratched one in the meantime until the other one came a in and was installed.
