Wonderful. Barry came out twice in December with information for me, and came out to remeasure after we decided to purchase from them. They installed the door last week. Everyone that I have dealt with has been very professional. Our door is working fabulously; our bedroom is no longer freezing cold!

Jim returned call and arrived for quote promptly. Door took as long as quoted to arrive. Two workmen were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Even in this extremely cold weather we're having, the door is doing great!

They were great. Family owned business and they were responsive. The installation went flawless.

The installers were on time. All the windows are great. They covered their work areas before starting the job and cleaned up afterward. These men really like their job and where they work. And it shows in their quality installation. P.S. If you get Jack ask him about his baseball story.

Door was installed in about 4 hours and looks wonderful. The door is easy to open/close and is keeping out the cold air. All work was performed as promised. 8-12 week lead time predicted, actual time about 8 weeks.

Last weekend (1/13/07) your team (2 people) came out to install 3 casement windows in my home. The 2 workers were polite and did not say anything to offend me. However, I found their work to not be at the professional standards that had been expressed in the referral of Angie's List. The workmanship was not up to standard. One window was installed slightly tilted from an adjoining newly installed window in the kitchen. When asked why, the worker said that it was required because the window would be seen differently from outside than inside - 1/8'' change top to bottom does not make sense to me. Also, the window trim and sealant that was installed around the edges was sub-par. Furthermore, they did not thoroughly cleanup after they were complete and did not reinstall the blinds. And most astonishing, they did not review the window's features. They appeared to me more interested and getting to the next job. Overall, satisfied with product not service.

Barry provided an estimate on the spot using his computer, which was very quick and efficient. We visited the ThermalCraft showroom to get a better idea about the exact construction of the windows because Barry didn't have an example with him, just photographs. We also drove by houses where ThermalCraft had installed windows and doors. Their workmanship on the outside of the windows (caulking & cladding) was topnotch. We eventually decided on windows that were slightly more expensive because they seemed to be of higher quality with better insulation properties than those of ThermalCraft.

The individual that was scheduled to provide me with an estimate of the work I needed was not available. Mr. Nelligan, the President of the company came instead. I was impressed. He provided me with a quote on the spot. I sensed that he was a little put off by the fact that there was a representative present from another company. I don't believe I got everything I could have gotten in terms of discussing my circumstance had that situation not occurred. I think he thought that price was the primary factor of consideration. While price was important, resolving the leak was uppermost in my mind. The fact that there was a representative from another company on-site, did not interfere with us having a private conversation, out of ear shot about pricing, windows and completion of the project. I wish I could have heard from him whether there was an alternate to replacing both the bedroom and living room windows.

The sales call was informative and an invitation to view the windows in the showroom was suggested. The installation was complete in two days without complication. The installers were polite and friendly and got right to work. There was nothing for me to cleanup afterward, and the warranty was explained to me again. The windows were ordered and took exactly the number of weeks that I was told. The price was the best of 8 other companies I interviewed. I liked the fact it was family run and used the same installers. It showed. The windows recommended for my house fit the style of my house and neighborhood. The whole process with the company was painless.

Barry arrived on time, was very courteous and seemed knowledgeable. I appreciated that he didn't push me into a sale, when I wanted a high-quality wood picture window (they only have vinyl), and admitted they couldn't do the peculiar sloped carpentry framing that is original to our bathroom nook. I was disappointed only in that I haven't found someone to do the work yet. I liked him and if we have a need for his product, we will call them again.

Dealing with Themalcraft was a great experience. Barry Nelligan, a very nice guy, came to the house and gave an estimate, which we sat on for almost a year. When we finally decided to proceed, Barry came back to measure and honored the original estimate. The windows were installed before the date promised, and the very professional installation team arrived promptly when scheduled and completed the job in one day (as estimated). They gave me a demonstration in the operation of the windows and left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. The price was excellent and the new windows look great. I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat and I'd certainly recommend Thermalcraft to others.

Person who came to give an estimate was very easy to deal with and we had no problem doing business with him. The work was done in the time frame they had quoted us and they did an excellent job.

Barry came out on 8/24 and had the exact exterior door that I was looking for, so I ordered that day. I think he said it would take 6-8 weeks for door to come in and after 8 weeks no one had called, so I called them and they said the door was in and they then installed it about 1 week later. They came on a Saturday, which was helpful, and they were punctual and efficient. On the phone I was told to allow 4 hours for installation, but they were done in 3 hours. One of the men also offered some advice on a window that gets condensation in it in the winter time. The door is very nice and has added much needed sunlight to our kitchen. My only complaint is I wonder if I had called them earlier, like after 6 weeks, if the door could've been installed earlier.

They did an excellent job overall and went above and beyond our expectations.

Great. I called, they came out to measure. I ordered. They said it would take six weeks to deliver, it did. On the scheduled date, the installers showed up on time, worked 12 hours the first day and about 10 hours the next. They were friendly and professional and the windows look beautiful.

Thermalcraft sent the same crew that installed windows in our prior home to do the job in our new home. They did a very good job of installing all the windows and making sure everything was sealed properly. Just like before I had to clean up after the installers left.

The overall experience was good. They came out to the home, measured and sent a quote. We agreed on the work and returned to sign the contract. We were told the order would take 4-6 weeks and it actually took about 7 1/2 weeks to install. The installers were prompt and did a nice job of installing the door. They did however, need to remove the inside trim which was not discussed which now needs to be repainted. I did give a B for professionalism because they installers took a very long, over an hour and a half lunch on a Saturday without the door being finished and there was some cursing while the work was being done. Overall, we are pleased.

They were friendly and responsive. They cleaned up after they were done. They were on time the first day and completed a good portion of the job. The second day they came later and made up for it by staying later. We had been told it would be a two day job, but it overflowed into the morning of a third day because of rain. All the windows look great. There was a mistake in the glass on the bay, but they were gracious about correcting the mistake. Overall, I am happy with the quality of the work performed and the efficiency of the installation. I appreciated their tolerance of my children's presence. The two men worked well together and got the job done.

Excellent overall. Arrived on time. Worked very efficiently and were careful and very neat. Very good workmanship.

Very happy with the business overall. Start to finish, nothing major to report- smooth. I give an A for price, because no other company beat it. I'm also happy because they beat the timeline they quoted to get the first unit completed. I think the quality of the window is a little bit better than the last company I used. Also happy they had a cleaning lady come part way through the work to clean up. Nice touch.

Good experience. Barry gave a quick estimate, worked with me on price, and most importantly wasn't pushy. Agreed that many of my windows didn't need to be replaced and had good ideas as far as what the options were. Had to delay the project for a while which was no problem. Replacements were done quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. Old windows were hauled away. Finished work looks and works great so far.

They were very polite, competent professionals. Barry came and gave a quote that was reasonable. It took a while for the windows to be delivered, but we expected that. The installers were professional, clean, and polite as well. We will definitely use them to complete our project. We highly recommend them.

They were great! They were able to give me a quick estimate on his computer that he brought! He stuck to the estimate throughout the job. I upgraded something, and he didn't even charge me for the upgrade! It was a pleasure working with this company! The windows and siding look great!

Was told by Barry that it would be 6-8 weeks after order, to get windows manufactured and installed. I followed up about 5 weeks after the contract was signed, and Barry was able to quickly schedule the install. Week of installation was frustrating for the crew, because it rained on and off for 4 days, but they stuck with it and completed the job in 5 days. The crew was friendly and generally cleaned up the site well. The crew of two was usually punctual. The only exception was on the last day of the job, when they did not call until late morning, to let me know when they would be arriving. We will be having them out again, to do additional capping on a window and door and likely do a door replacement, as well.
