It was a big job and they did an exceptional job. The work crew was prompt, friendly and very professional. Clean up was also first rate. Highly recommended AAA. It looks great.

They were very quiet. I mean it didn't sound like they had a rock concert going on in my house. You know how others like to bring their radio. They were very good, and it seemed like they knew their stuff. We were very pleased with their work.

They did a good job cleaning up after the work was done. I was impressed with the whole operation. They were professional and responsive to all of my situations. One window was cracked and they replaced it without any problems. I am very happy with them.

They sealed them and everything. They were efficient. The day that they said they were coming, they came. I liked them so much, I am hiring them again for some kitchen doors. They did a matching trim to an existing trim I had. All I can say is the work they did was professional. I had a problem with a screen and it was immediately taken care of. They have excellent things. They have lifetime warranty and guarantee. You have choices, they have a showroom. They are so excellent.

Great - Barry explained to me that the windows did not need to be replaced and explained to me how to repair them and where to find the needed hardware. I was thrilled to find a company who actually had my best interest in mind. When it is time for them to actually be replaced - they get the job!

They were great! We have had people stop by to look at our windows. We asked him to break up the job and he was very willing to do so.

The project went smoothly from start to finish with one hitch. Nine windows were measured incorrectly and not discovered until they were installing. I was promised a speedy reorder and installation and they arrived three weeks later than the other windows. While I was disappointed it was an unusual mistake for this team. I have been extremely satisfied with the company and particularly the installers. They are professional, dog friendly, and efficient. Whenever a decision needed to be made they always consulted me rather than moving ahead. The whole team had great ideas and suggestions too which I appreciated. I ordered my windows and exactly 6 weeks later they arrived as promised. I highly recommend Thermalcraft and will continue to call on them for future projects.

Installers showed up on time, performed all work included in the estimate, and cleaned up before they left. Job well done.

The work was performed promptly. The custom door looks great. Detail around the frame is more than I expected. Work was done for the estimate even though there was a miscommunication with regard to keying the lock. Thermalcraft took the lock to a local locksmith and had the work done the day of installation and did not charge us for it. The work was done when my wife and I were at work without incident and their was no clean-up for us to do...definitely a plus!

The companies representative that I met with first, Patrick Nelligan, was very thorough and professional. He quoted us a price that included the Angie's list discount. Thermalcraft's price was $900 less than a competitor's for the exact same window. The installation crew was on time, professional, personable and very neat. After the installation, we noticed a problem with the window having a popping sound when opened. We informed Thermalcraft and the problem was quickly fixed. I would highly recommend this company for window installations.

ThermalCraft installed a Larson storm door in late March 2007. Due to a careless delivery person and high winds, the hinges popped out and the closer bars were broken. We called ThermalCraft to find out if the door could be repaired. After not hearing from them, we called a second time and were told a representative came out, examined the door, and determined it was not repairable. We were also rather bluntly told that they didn't do repairs. We were then given a quote for another $500 door. As we were unwilling to spend another $500 for a door which lasted approximately 10 weeks before being damaged, we contacted the manufacturer. Within 24 hours we were able to order replacement parts (for $56) and then install them ourselves. We were very disappointed in ThermalCraft's response on this issue. The company response says that they have no record of going out to see the damaged door, which doesn't surprise me. I also don't believe they came out and looked at it. That doesn't mean we weren't told over the phone that someone had looked at it.

The process was fantastic! Barry came out soon after we called, explained our options, took measurements and gave some recommendations. Given the framing and type of basement we had, he had Jim come out to confirm measurements. The doors arrived within the 6-8 week window promised. Jim and Dan were meticulous in their work. I have to say this is the first project whereby I had nothing to call the company back on, and I've done a lot of projects over the past 6 months. I highly recommend these guys as they take their work seriously and do an excellent job!

A very positive experience from start to finish. The estimate was handled quickly, including a 2nd visit out to measure for a 2nd screen door. The windows and doors came in when expected and were installed within days. They arrived at the time they said, although they were delayed by about an hour while they went and pulled a permit. The main guy installing and doing the finishing work was incredibly meticulous and clean. We can't wait to replace more windows in the house and will go right back to Thermal Craft.

Jim Nelligan, the owner, came, took the measurements and gave us an estimate right away. He called once to check, but didn't badger us. The only down-tick was that he didn't originally tell us that our dining room picture window needed to be made from tempered glass. Another contractor did that and I looked up the building code to confirm. Once I pointed out to Jim that the window required tempered glass, he gave it to us for no extra cost. His crew of two showed up promptly when they said they would. They worked hard all day. The first day they had to wait on the truck to show up to haul off debris; they continued working until it came, even though the truck was late. They told me up front it would take two days to install all the windows, and it did. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves and all three were obviously proud of their product. The windows fit well and appear well sealed. The house looks beautiful from the street. We're extremely pleased.

They were great. The guy who came out was very friendly, and they do very good work. It was a little bit expensive, but I would use them again.

The large number of favorable reviews on this company are justified. Barry was helpful and professional, and the two man installation crew were friendly. They worked a very long day to complete all the work and didn't leave a mess. They helped repair a couple of the sills. Their pricing, while not cheap, was much better than the next competitive offer. Delivery of the windows was ahead of schedule. I was very pleased with the results.

On time did a very good job. Cleaned up nice. Everything is satisfactory. They are coming out again to do a second job.

I love these guys! Very friendly and courteous from the beginning. Showed up on time for estimates and early for actual work. Was pretty much an all day project. They cleaned up and left my house 'debris free'! Extremely reasonable prices and excellent work. If I had any other windows to replace, I'd use them again.

Overall experience was excellent. Everything was performed according to schedule, even in very cold or snowy weather. 12 different owners in 12 unit condo building and if any individual issues came up, they were handled with satisfaction. Building was left clean after each day. All employees of company were pleasant to deal with, friendly and helpful. Very nice windows, the cold draft is gone. Same two installers for entire job.

Jim Nelligan came promptly to give a quote and was very friendly and informative in giving it, being careful to discuss the pros and cons of different options. I placed the order and was told the windows would be installed in about six weeks, which was a little off by a little more than I would have liked, but close enough. I would have wished for better communication on scheduling, I had to call to see where things were at, but with the cold snap and the holidays everyone was stuggling a bit. They arrived a little past the time scheduled to install the windows, but did an excellent job in installation, including replacing some rotted lumber in the old frame to install the windows securely, squared up an old frame that had shifted over the years, and generally did an excellent and professional job. In sum, they are a friendly, capable, professional outfit and I would recommend them without reservation (but would encourage better communication).
